When Already Dead hit at 21:00 minutes, Arakni should of been able to choose between banishing the chest piece or Dynamos, since the text says to banish a defending card of your choice. You also would of made an additional silver and got ride of likely their Dynamos rest of the game!

At 5:00 Annihilate the Armed, then you played Cut to the Chase but didn't look at the top of his deck AND you didn't banish his card!

When the first Leave No Witnesses hit you missed the banish from top of the deck trigger

U missed 1 extra damage after u flick the spider bite the effect is active so actions cards lose 1 block and he blocked with spoils of war.

Spider's Bite only works on Attack Action cards. Also when you activate the Flick Knives the cards have already blocked, so it only works on the next block.
