Arianna is amazing!! Can definitely tell she's studied jazz, I mean seriously. I like that she's so unique and isn't one of these copycat guitarists.
The intro was awesome, very interesting arrangements. Tim looked to have his eyes closed just enjoying it.
The thing i like most about the Tim and Pete videos is the sheer joy and passion for music that you guys and your guests show... I find myself able to connect even deeper with music now because you've shown us all, the human element behind the scenes. Keep them coming.... and many thanks for doing these !
Love the part at around 45 mins where Tim and Pete are staring at the guitar neck trying to figure what Arianna's doing - there really is always something fresh to dip into on this journey. Excellent episode chaps.

I love how in the intro, Arianna is putting her soul in her playing, Pete is observing and watching her playing intently, and Tim is just lost in the zone of the music. Everyone enjoying the music. Isn't this one of the first purposes of music? So that people can come together. Love this so much! I don't really like the sound of Strat, but her tone is beautiful. I hope Arianna will upload more.

I've sadly only just learned about Arianna from a lesson video she did (which was excellent!). She's got some serious chops and a really fluid style. I love the chord melodies she puts together and she makes it all seem effortless.
I really enjoyed your conversations with her and also hearing about the different aspects of the business too. Thanks for a great video!

I hear the electric guitar is on the decline...I beg to differ. Arianna has some serious skills & sounds just amazing & beautiful.

Awesome episode. I play classical guitar and have been trying to play electric guitar. I'm terrible using a pick so started finger picking the electric guitar. I've been hating how the high string sound in the electric guitar. I'm used to a sweeter (sometimes darker) tone in the classical guitar, and it was encouraging to hear Arianna mention that it was because of the pick. Now I know how to try to adjust my guitar to get the sound I'm hearing in my head. Thanks a lot guys.

Seems like there are more and more electric guitarists playing "finger-style" exclusively. Jeff Beck, Richie Kotzen, Derek Trucks, Jared James Nichols, and more. Something I might need to investigate myself. It does open up a lot of possibilities for tapping, chord arpeggios, etc.
Dave Lanciani try it out! I've always been a pretty bad alternate picker since I started playing bass and guitar at the same time but when I stopped trying to alternate pick and moved to using hand I can achieve a lot. Definitely a lot to explore

Can't speak to the others, but Jeff Beck plays with a pick when he wants the sound of a pick. When he doesn't, he doesn't.
During "Scatterbrain", he definitely uses the pick, but most everything else is raw fingers.

Arianna is otherworldly good on guitar. One of the most unique styles I’ve seen in a long time. And she actually knows what she’s doing, from a theory standpoint.

At 38:50 when Pete suggested to Arianna she try "this tone", I was working on something and looked up with my jaw open as soon as she started playing... Way better, not that the other was bad... but yea... :)
