I walk 11 km everyday except weekends ,takes me about 2 hours and i must say it completely changed my life for the better ,it actualy became my top hobby , i take my dog that was a fat sausage before we started walking and now she is super fit and not lazy anymore and she is 8 years old lol ,definitely i recommend everyone to go on long walks from time to time(not necessary 11 km lol) but it heals the spirit,and body too ,much love to you all❤

@@mahakagarwal272 you probably need to check your feet maybe you need adjustments, i needed i had flat foot for years, or maybe you need different shoes, i would suggest hoka cliffton 8 or 9 ,amazing shoes

@@mahakagarwal272Make sure you're stretching before and after walking. Take a break if you need to/adjust your goal to start to not overexert your body (not everyone has the same starting level of fitness). Other than that, just continue the walks - your body will likely feel soke sort of stress as it's not used to it - make sure you aren't in PAIN though.
@@mahakagarwal272Walk around during work/school and the rest of the steps that you didn't get during that time do them after your work/school. Taking the longer road to school/work/grocery store, taking smaller steps, up the stairs and then around your house as well. It doesn't take much to get 10k a day but you will feel and look better.
I’m walking 40 minutes twice a day at 7:30 and 5:30pm religiously. Around 4 mph pace. Changed my life.
Day 50. Ive walked an average of 12k steps a day. Lost some weigth, but my better diet also contributed that. It gets tiring some days when you just dont want to do anything. Try to incorporate it in youe routine. Day 100, here I come.

10.000 steps in 1hour its 160 steps a minnits. 10k steps will take estemate 1 and a half hour. I do 1 hour every day, 7k+ estemate 120 steps a minnits.
Yep, when I do 10,000 steps (approximately 5 miles) it takes me between 90 minutes and 100 minutes.

It takes me an hour and 30 minutes to get 10,000, when I started in March I struggled to get to 3,000 but I had to increase my steps over time to get to 10,000🤦🏾😂
I walk 6km in 10-11k steps within 1hour 40 mins. Never took me more than that

Currently at 14163 steps! Best advice, walk after meals, it dentists and you feel great!
Tip: Don't use both earbuds when running/walking. I would actually recommend not even wearing both while at the comfort of your own home.

It’s perfectly safe in the vast majority of environments, though definitely not advisable running through busy city streets by any means.
Just be sure if you use earbuds to listen at a reasonable volume, so you can maintain some level of awareness of your surroundings.
Honestly a million things we do everyday are way more dangerous than wearing earbuds, for example every single time you ride or drive in a car is infinitely more dangerous than wearing earbuds.
Just to keep things in perspective.

I do about 10,000 steps per day largely by taking my kids for a long walk in the morning. Even on days we miss that and I just do things around the house I still get those amount of steps in. It isn't that hard, you just need to not sit around doing nothing. >
