He has a great delivery style. I keep thinking he is/was a professional speaker/presenter, etc, because he is far better than the average person would be presenting toys, gadgets, tricks and illusions. I think he must have had training in speech, presentation, stage acting or something of that nature. He has special abilities for sure.
The "Chef Soap" works because it's a piece of stainless steel which breaks the bonds between your skin and the onion or garlic molecules to remove the odor from your skin. It does work, but the downside is that since all you need is a piece of stainless steel, you could just use a stainless steel spoon or other kitchen implement to the same effect.
I was able to get a few editions of the Bucky Balls before they got taken off the shelf due to being a safety risk to small children. One editions had the balls in the form of cubes. Such a shame they've stopped being made due to negligent parents not paying attention to the warnings on the boxes :L
+Katy Gilday A Google search found places that are still selling Buckyballs. Maybe they won't ship to US. The site for Maxfield & Oberton, original importers, is a legal notice about liquidation and filing claims. There are people too stupid to be parents, the ones that pay the penalty are innocent kids. There were probably incidents involving careful parents too, the balls look and feel exactly like a certain cake decoration.. A Gizmodo article says that 140 or so kids a year went to hospitals after swallowing high powered magnets. I think the "scariness" of the injuries and method of injury had a big part in the ban. They act like slow motion bullets. They are so powerful they move thru tissue toward each other, leaving holes in intestines and stomach.
Liberty Justice Yup. You can still buy them, though. I've bought a couple sets recently from overseas, and they are still of the same quality and everything. Just not sold through the same company, and I've found that since the company dissolved, they're a hell of a lot cheaper.
I had a toy like that annoy-a-tron once, except mine made a mosquito noise and had a light sensor. It would make the mosquito sound when the lights were off and turn off when someone turned on the lights to look for the mosquito :D worked really well
The stainless steel ‘soap’ really does work, especially for garlic which is what I prefer to use it for, after cutting onions and garlic. I tend to live on the dangerous side though and just use one of my stainless steel knives to get the job done, or a stainless steel spatula when I cbf to play with a knife.
Stainless steal definitely works for removing smells from your hand. After cleaning fish, I used you use the sides of the stainless steal sink to remove the stink from my hands. Those bars of "soap" work amazingly.
Tim, I wish you would invent a toy, or a line of toys/novelties for sale, I think that you would come up with some really amazing items with lots of play and aesthetic value. You should give it a go!

Way back in the vacuum tube age my uncle ran Commissary stores for oil companies in South America. Every year he would go to the New York Toy Fair and then visit all the nieces and nephews on his way home. It was another Christmas!!! We got stuff months before it was on the market, things that never really made it on the market. Big stuff, little stuff. I still have a clock-work "old-timey" car I have seen in a few museums. Mine is, shall we say, not of museum quality.
annoy-a-tron is something I used to dream of back in the time when I was in school, in 2005. I wish I had this at that time, I would have annoyed my social science teacher so much.
a lot of these vids are of things i've come across as a kid since i've traveled a lot, but my mom wouldn't really buy me them haha and now that i've grown (19 now) i'm very happy to see them in display of their use, thanks man and nice videos! (:
It's actually pure oxygen in a can. Sounds strange, but I've tried it before and it does seem to give a short bit of energy. Though I must say that it's not worth the $10US they charge for it. It's typically flavored and is like a natural energy drink you inhale.
annoy-a-tron seems like a torture device. ..
please send help i have been stuck watching tims videos for over 3 months non stop, i am beginning to fall in love with tim
Lol, your picture suits your comment.
I am here over 3 years, there is no escape
I’m here over 10 years trust me it’s and endless loophole
There is no escape.
New_commwnt
I have an annoy-a-tron. Got in big trouble for putting it in the library. They thought it was a bomb
Wow... but would a real bomb even beep though?
Gursha88 I honestly dont get why any time people hear a beeping noise they are immediately like “ITS A BOMB”
Adorbs, Totes Adorbs. Who hurt you? Why you gotta be a piece of shit
Adorbs, Totes Adorbs. Also the person could live in a completely different country dumbass think before you speak dipshit

Still ageless, can confirm
@@rushikakkirala948 from 2010-2015 he may not have aged but he definitely has now. He looks decidedly old in current videos
The pen that you flip around your fingers is called a balisong, but instead of a knife blade, their is a pen! I have been wanting one of those :)

Oh my god Silly Bands! I miss those so much!
Holy shit this man did not change at all after 8 years
7:20 - baliyo pen. It mimics a balisong /butterfly knife.

Tetrachromia I got some from overseas, but I got low quality ones.
Did anyone else hear the high pitch note when he turned the 'blipper' on at 3:45? 🤔😏
oh god, those elastic band shapes! the 2009-2010 novelty craze that thankfully died fast!
After 200 videos, I finally see a toy I've seen before. This must be what Magellan felt like.
It's amazing how a man display such eloquence and such joyful childishness, all in the same time.
This channel undoubtedly has a feel-good factor

it’s a secret of chefs and the bigger secret is that any stainless steel item will do the smell removal making the hunk of metal pointless

Don't ask me! Grand Illusions made it first.
Tim: Appears to be designed off of corn on the cob!

i used to love those sort of modular spinning tops; it was well good fun trying to stack them one-on-top of another

8:00 oh my god I have a collection of those! They were super popular in elementary!
I found the little beeping one to be hilarious!!!! lol I would plant one everywhere to play a little ongoing psychological joke with everyone
How awesome would it be if you were a kid and this guy was your grandpa.
My both granddads were like that guy!
I could watch this Gentleman talk about toys all day.
Tim you have alot of amazing fidgets toys keep going you're doing very good
I actually have the Buckyballs, they rebranded them as Speks™.
They are pretty simple, but fun to play with.
How did I end up watching like 10 of your videos? Damn CZcams!

8:46 "so New York was a wonderful wealth of interesting ideas, as ever, and very diverse too"
"and very diverse too"
awesome thanks for the name! this is a lot more complex than i thought it was lol

Woah this was released when the "silly band" trend happened... I actually have no idea if it was just our school or not.
it was everywhere summer 2010…thankfully it petered out fast

Everybody gangsta till Tim pulls out the butterfly pen
9 minutes of fun :)

The second toy is not a spin but a flying 'helicopter', Tim!
Extraordinarily wow'd
i once broke a pen, it acted exactly like that odd one
The pen is actually meant to be like a Balisong or butterfly knife in layman's terms
When you keep the name of the video file as your CZcams title
Never Ending silver Soap! Lather me up some Metal! haha
I got a strong Portlandia vibe from those chlothespins
it does work, just as well as oxygan works to give you a little kick
2019 and this be recommend
Was dissapointed that the Annoy-a-tron wasnt a 2mana 1/2 taunt divine shield...
2010 video looks like it was made in 82
2010 was 7 years ago.... wow.

the flipping pen was a baliyo by a knife company called spyderco its a pen version of a balisong or "butterfly knife"
