OMG! I believe I'm the current owner of this machine. Everything is spot on right down to the key chain. It now has rock sliders & rear cargo rack with fuel & H2O cans. Very sweet ride! The whole family loves using from trail riding, ice fishing, sturgeon spearing, and just on our land. Wife said we should have got a UTV years ago! Great family fun. Hard to drive and not have a smile from ear to ear! Glad I found this video.
This makes a PERFECT small vehicle ESPECIALLY with he rear FULL tilt wagon, very practical, awesome upgrades, especially the tires size too:) If it can legally be driven on the main streets i guess it could substitute a actual car or truck, having a winch, LED headlights and interior nearly like a car with heat is awesome sauce! This one is $55,000 USD! with its upgrades! Im buyˆng a JEEP unless money is burning through my retirement plan, hehe!
Its odd I like the general more then the RZR they need 2 make a cover for the bed it looks weird how it just drops off in the back it looks so streamline untill the bed
thanks for sharing. really nice side by side, but at what cost? complete stock vehicles are at least $20k OTD, plus all these extra things you added? Im gonna put this vehicle as it sits at around $40k+.
Still cheap considering we were buying $120,000 sand rails in so cal 15 years ago. Granted they had turbo charged LS motors in them and Allison transmissions. But other than the motor it was basically a roll cage with bucket seats.
How is the clutch holding up ? I have heard that the reliability in Polaris has really been bad , and I have a 04 sportsman 700 that has been very reliable ?
I’m getting a General so 1000 in a couple weeks can’t wait! How were you able to get the heating system installed with the ride command and stereo system? I contacted Polaris and they said the heater is not compatible with the ride command stereo system configuration.
@@YES-zs7be Oh ok thanks, yeah I got the sub with mine. I think I can manage without the heater kit. I've been riding with a can am commander for many years with no heater so I'm kind of used to the cold. Curious, is there enough bass coming through your system without the sub? Iknow you mentioned the sound is great when your driving.
@@liberaltearsaslube6318 ok thanks I didn't see that. Shoot i should of seen this video before ordering the sub. Oh well. The sub can probably be easy to remove if I ever wanted to install the heating kit.
MIRRA LIGHTS you indicated that there was sound proofing behind the rear seats. I am interested to know if that is something you made or is something manufactured that I can purchase

Baddest general yet! I’m jealous. I want to do all that to mine now!
Yeah. Ur right.. Im jealous too.
Stock front bumpers bend like a pretzel if you hit anything, get a Vendetta! Very nice set up.
It's the coolest Polaris ever.
Super nice unit, looks like it would be to hot mid summer
So much love to see this in the street here in the Philippines. I super love it rather than compact car.

Very nice!
Might as well buy a Jeep. Lol
I’d like to see where you added weather striping?
i saw this for sale on my local market place for $36900
When you have 40g to spend on a SxS.....
with the upgrades $55,000, without the front bumper guard upgraded to a v!

Can you provide the info for what clutch you put in please. Love the enclosed doors. Looks sharp
Thanks! Clutch was from Gilomen in Minnesota.
Когда у нас такие аппараты делать будут
Where did you buy the decals from?
How is the clutch holding up ?
I have heard that the reliability in Polaris has really been bad , and I have a 04 sportsman 700 that has been very reliable ?
It's been good -- with the Giloman tune, it is much more durable.

We just couldn't use the sub for ours. Everything else fit together.

@@rothj-tb8vs he mentioned this in another comment. Said it's fine and thr woofer didn't add a significant enough amount of bass to be a huge loss.

Can you give me more information about the sound proofing you did please?
Yep! It was just the Noico brand sound proofing. We tripled it up --worked great!
Reviews on the Windows are not good since they open to the front and can catch and break in trees
Cool, but I don't see any of these
Looks like a Volkswagen
What sound deadening material did you use
Which doors did you add and those windows?
Wasn’t just better and cheaper to buy the ranger trail boss edition that has A/c , heater and power windows? 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
Yes, but the ranger doesn’t have the power that a General does nor the suspension travel.
Is there a dealer in philipines
Is the rear sound control something you made or is it an after market product?
Unsure what you mean about the rear sound control - everything is controlled up front
MIRRA LIGHTS you indicated that there was sound proofing behind the rear seats. I am interested to know if that is something you made or is something manufactured that I can purchase
Ahhh. Apologies. It’s just sound reduction that we bought - I think it was Dynamat.
MIRRA LIGHTS thank you for your help
Where did you relocate the factory sub woofer to in order to fit the heating system?
Tim Wilson we just ended up not using it. We plugged the subwoofer in and it doesn’t add a ton of bass.
@@YES-zs7be do you sell these fully loaded?
@@jimrundle834 yes. We build them
@@YES-zs7be thank you. Can you provide your contact information?
@@jimrundle834 Sure thing -- just send us a note on your Facebook page and we'll get right back to you! facebook.com/MIRRALights/
Great build, where did you get the doors?
They are Polaris factory doors.
Make it st legal
What doors are they?
Did the sound deadening make a big difference on the back wall
It did! Yep!
Total build price?
It's cool, but at what point do you just buy a jeep? Lol
These outperform a jeep any day of the week. Most trails don't alow jeeps,
Jeeps suck.
If jeep ever completely redesigned the front ends which are the root of all jeep problems, they would be the hottest ticket ever.
how much
About $36,000
can you get a/c in this unit
Yes, its standard, just open the windows completely.............
@@michaelsmith9308 hahahaha
No ability for A/C yet -- we haven't seen any aftermarket brands put together a kit yet either.
A/C?? Okay Mary.😂
Omg sell this for me, i can give 2017year general fourseater in exchange
Is it air conditioned?
Ivan Alvarado unfortunately not
MIRRA LIGHTS Is it possible though
@@ivanalvarado517 you need to buy the Northstar edition starting at $26000 to get AC in 2020
Trucking 101 Umm I don’t have a general I was just asking cuz I was curious
dude... just buy an offroad car already 😂😂😂
Haha!
