The base increase in the damage is also applies to the fully charged Q to according to the LoL wiki. The base damage is increased up to %200 percent at max rank so that 10 damage increase at will be an ekstra 20-30 damage or so for the fully charged Q. There is not different valus for the charge level but more so that the chraged level multiplies the base damage number by a certain amount. To conclude this buff is better than what he said in the video.
No, Mr math god, they didn't increase the damage of the ability by 10%, they increased the damage from which the ability starts counting. It would start from from 30 and go up to 180, and now it increases from 40 going up to 180.
in the tweet that announced the buff, it said the max damage would remain unchanged, so this is untrue.

Baus! You gotta try the new smite strat! Take smite but dont buy the pet yet, buy the pet at 15minutes then start taking jungle camps and let jungler take waves so you avoid getting deminished gold from minions and will have allot of exp and gold

Just checked leagueofgraphs and Sion currently has a 40.5% winrate in Masters+. I can't believe I thought Baus was washed, he's probably playing the best of his life and just held back sadge
