- This video features my stay at "The Monarch Hotel" Ooty. This hotel is surrounded by verdant landscape and lush greenery.
Its 28 years old 3 star hotel. Room price was Rs. 5000, for two people, with complimentary breakfast. Buffet meal was Rs. 800 per person and "a la carte" menu was expensive. Food quality and service was good. Staffs were friendly and courteous. Overall my experience was good.

I have been to Ooty many times but didn't know about the hotel. One should definitely stay here... Like the fact that he has handpicked the staff of the hotel to ensure that they are happy and maintain accountability

We were there in 1995.we stayed there for 2 nights. Great place . Staff also polite . Food was also good.we enjoied our stay fully.
I Salute his Hardwork n Sacrifice towards his life he is n Inspiration to new Generation and God bless , Dada and all his dreams come true, Hotel is very nice n beautiful 👍❤️
Very nice ambience.outskurts full of greeneries, widest lawn ever, tea garden, hillocks, valleys,cool atmosphere drenched by rains

Very attractive furnishings, spacy arrangements.

Bahut hi badhiya hotel hai ....room se mountain view bahut hi badhiya hai....hotel ki all amenities mind blowing.....food bhi testy....staff friendly hai.... food zone area me bhi seating arrangement window ke sath bhi hai janhase badhiya view enjoy kar sakte hai....Hamne search karke choose kiya tha....3 days stay with family unforgettable raha....next time bhi isi hotel me stay karenge....😊👍👍👍👌👌👌🌹🌹🌹

@@nalinkashyap6008 yes.. Coz he wanted to help those directors and technicians, usually actors won't help working in low grade films as career gets ruined and he didn't care of it.. His fame helped a lot of families earn money..of course those movies were horrible and funny but this is the reason behind.. And makes one more proud of him.. He's not only great actor he's a great human being a trend setter whose hairstyle was so famous in 80s and 90s and so was his dance..

I have been there in 1995, very pleasant hotel in Ooty. Food were really excellent. Legendary Superstar of Bollywood, Icon of India.

Mai ak baar gaya hoo 2004 me. hotel monarch me.ak Pott me tea liya thaa,cost 120 rs.bahot sunder yaaden hai waha ki.bahot badhiya weather rehta hai.
We went there in 2013 , there is a dance floor down stair. Very beautiful and calm place.

We have visited in the month of May....stayed in lake view hotel...I have booked the hotel two months in advance and got the great deal ... 3200 per night
I had been here 18 years back when I got married. I am a great fan of Mithun da so i insisted my husband to take me to the hotel not for stay, but just see from outside. If possible to see him. On inquiry I came to know he wasn't there. I like yogeeta ji also. Was very happy to see around. At least I could to see the hotel. Rest was out of reach. Anyway that was fine.

The hotel is located in such a nice location with mountains and greeneries around. And regarding the hotel all I can say is its a wonderful one and in class of its own.

I have been to Ooty long time back. It's a picturesque,hilly place .
Surely want to go there again.

I bought nilgiri oil, eculyptus oil and tea from there
Travelling by plane wasn't problematic at all as the passenger's were exceptionally friendly, co-operative.
I was there 2 days before the opening of this hotel and met mithun sirs brother and sister they was looking same like Mithun sir I was astonished, thank you for doing a wonderful video on Mithun ji's hotel Mithun sir is having a Hotel Management college in Coimbatore

Great human being as an actor a trend setter in early 90s 80s for his dance and hairstyle and acting.. Of course later part of life movies weren't good.. He adopted a girl made him daughter from not a privileged background and raised her gave everything that his 3 sons got.. Then doing all b grade films to support the families and people using his name and fame.. He didn't think of his downfall in career helped many many people even when his career wasn't at top.. A great cook too.. While many are popular actors very few are like him man with a golden heart Bollywood actors very commonly visited his hotel in 90s and later too..proud of u mithun da always.
I don't understand what B grade movies Mithun da has done? Nowadays most of the movies are b grade. Whatever scene is there I think it is d grade. Nowadays movies are difficult to be watched with family. 80's movies are far better than today's movies.
