Almost 100% sure it was lip synced. Yeah she did the alibis and all but compare this performance to her other live performances, or even compare this one to her GMA's performance. Chloe's vocals sound more improvised in those performances and she does way more runs live, none of which I hear in this performance. It doesn't seem live for that reason.
I would say how its almost impossible to keep a perfect voice while doing all the movement but Chloe can do it 🤷🏾♂She's done it before.

I'm very impressed with Chloé performance and her singing skills. I was even more impressed when I watched the video of her creating the beats to this song and singing the different layers on her track. She wasn't in a fancy studio, she created this song at home which is AMAZING! Often we see the glamour of performing,not the hard work and sweat that goes into creating.
