Matcha is SO good. I usually get mine from Starbies (but haven’t in a while due to the boycott), but I miss it! So good, but coffee is yummy too!!

ahhh no way!! the food was really good but I think the cafe made it onto some tourism lists and they jacked up the prices haha
I tried F45 last month, and honestly didn’t like the format. The exercises were good, and I was definitely tired at the end, but it was so fast paced! Because I have a bad wrist, I have to go slow on some movements. It just felt mega overwhelming. Not worth it imo, I prefer orangetheory.
And you’re absolutely allowed to blame your energy on the time of your cycle! I get so exhausted during my luteal phase that I can barely function… trying to fix that lol but it happens!
I've gotta try Orangetheory!!
Sometimes I use do not disturb mode to stop myself from thinking about work 24/7. You can still look at notifications but more on your own terms
I wanted to comment on the leave phone at home thing. I legitimately have two phones (one my company paid for). I insist on having two phone because I am the same as you so as soon as the work day ends or the weekend hits I am very firm about not looking at my phone. It feels so good and I don’t feel guilty because my time is my time. People at work make comments about carrying two phones but I don’t care cause I actually enjoy my vacations and weekend and truly unplug. Nothing has ever been life or death so it can wait until working hours.
this is so smart!! i sometimes think about getting a flip phone for texting and calling LOL so I can be smartphone free but available 😂

Have you tried turning off your notifications instead of leaving your phone ? I know I turn off my notifications because I get distracted or I want to just be detached while still being able to bring my phone and received calls or take pictures if needed. Love your videos and the Florida vlogs!!!
yes, unfortunately when i get in these super obsessive modes I'll just go on my phone anyways. Like if JS got up at dinner to go to the bathroom or something I'd go look at my YT 😂
