I love the makeup tutorial you did such an amazing job! I had a question about the face paint though. I got snazaroo face paint as well. The base colour for the blue works perfect, but because the paints are water activated, when so go to put the lighter shade on just removes and smudges the darker layer. How do so prevent that from happening? Should so use setting powder or do I need to let the first layer completely dry? Thanks.
