You had me laughing at 15:59! I think you meant 'slope', not 'decline', and perhaps your knowledge of Portuguese is interfering with your English, as the Portuguese for 'slope' is 'declive', very similar to 'decline'. You were just one letter out!
Honestly, this property looks a bargain for the price, a house that probably would benefit from a total renovation, but could be liveable as is initially and plenty of land for growing your own produce/ installing a swimming pool etc.
Glad it made you laugh I like to leave some of the muddles in the videos.
