Cody went from the poster boy of controlled chaos and turned into the warning example used by coaches as to what happened when a fighter doesn't listen to their coach or worse changes their coach and strategy mid season when they're already winning. All I gotta say to Faber is something he's probably heard alot especially from his father "if it ain't broke don't fix it!" Lol
@@beaubryan72 Cody should beat TJ 9/10 times. Especially off EPO. LOL. dont even try to tell me they tested old samples. They didn't. They just avoided a lawsuit that's all LMAO
@@typompey8469 I hate TJ but no. Cody would need to rely on winning by KO but TJ showed he obviously can hurt Cody just as bad and can put him away, plus he has more weapons and is more composed to win on point wise as well. Cody would need the performance he approach he had against Cruz, but that was like the performance of a lifetime, it was unreal and I honestly don't see him replicating that after losing motivation and confidence in his losses.
At 2:15 that level change to double leg takedown was soo clean. It's was clinical, dude set that up perfectly and that's not easy to do against Cruz. Cruz is a master of takedown defense but Cody made it look easy
@@RedDragon1337 The only thing McGregor is Dusting now and day's is bottom shelves because that's where he is sitting at which is where he belongs lol 😆 😜 😉 🤣
What drives me crazy about Cody is that he has all of the tools to be dominant (Power, Speed, Footwork, Wrestling, Elusiveness, etc.) but when he gets into exchanges and sits down on his punches he doesn't move his he off the center line and his hands come down. Even in his early fights you can see he's getting caught clean in exchanges but the guys he fought didn't have the power and/or tools to make him pay. Pair that with his habit of getting over aggressive after getting hit and well, we've seen the outcome. I really hope his last fight was indicator of things to come and he's making the necessary corrections so we can see him at his true potential.
All very good points. I wish he would fight smart too, but regardless, I will never miss a Garbrandt fight. I can’t believe he fought Pedro Muńoz like that! 😳
@@liamsanchezgoestovegas absolutely right bro. Fight was mayhem. Garbrandt is willing to go out on his shield, gotta love the dude. I was at the first TJ fight at MSG. He's as real as they come.

Cruz really is cursed with having zero power in his hands. Dude landed flush on glass chin Cody and didn't even faze dude. It almost looked like Cruz's hands bounced off dudes head lol
He make it look like it’s easy to fight love the speed and how calm he stay🔥🔥

This dude is a gifted fighter.
Am I the only one who feels some streetfight energy from his fighting style? The way he swings those hooks and uppercuts...
He’s a scrapper for sure
He’s from the streets
I was thinking this right as I scrolled over your comment. I thought man this boy would be both terrifying and dangerous in the streets.

that dude has some serious power for a bantamweight
Cody vs McGregor would be 🔥
Cody would get flatlined cuz of size difference now but maybe when conor fought at 145 and cody moved up 😝
Cody was/is a small 35, mcgregor was a huge 45 before he went up. Agreed Mcgregor would dust him.

Imagine if Cody has the chin and defence IQ of Max Holloway
imagine if he did some boxing training with Trevor Wittman tho
Great point, they should train together . Cody speed is insane

In his last fight he still made the same mistake that lost him the fight against tj dillishaw but he just didnt get punished for it in the last foght

If he keeps calm and dosent fight with emotions then he could beat anyone on the division no cap
Agree 🤝
The best puncher in Ufc for me 💪🏼
Cody No love is such an exciting fighter
that guy +10 discipline whoops everyone in his division
when you are already strong and fast and you use cheat codes to increase your speed...
This is not the type of music you need for fight highlights

Nice job

Showboating Cody is the most dangerous striker in that division
I wish all these highlights channels would quit making me have to mute the video lmao

What music would you like for this? I’m curious

Cody has crazy skills and talent, but his worst enemy is himself, if he could control his head and anger, I think he could be an undefeated champion.
4:34 he unscrewed TJs wrist
Cody vs Peter needs to happen wtf dana
Who is the artist or song name?
On my way up
Cpt hook
Man, he just looked so off against Rob Font. I really think that COVID has affected his stamina and subsequently his speed

His fighting style and his chin doesn't match.
