@@BrianTheCameraGuy I also have both a7rv and the a7iv. For most photographers, a7iv is enough. Someone who often take burst shoots may upgrade from a7iv, since a7V can use CF express cards.

Is the a7s3 dynamic range noticeably better?
I would say for the average person, no, they will not notice the difference. If you are shooting video all the time, then yes you can tell the difference. It is really the rolling shutter that really bothers me. I also shoot a lot in low light so the a7siii is much better for those situations.
I will say even though my lenses are only aperture f 2.8 they still perform very well in low light.
That is awesome to hear. I went on vacation and only used my f2.8 zooms. With my a7siii they worked great!!
What're you thoughts about FX3 compared to A7SIII? Which one would you recommend?

Get the fx6 not fx3 a7siii and fx3 basically the same

These 2 cameras should be used together as a pair for hybrid shooters.
They are a really great one two combo!! I really love the a7iv and the siii as a combo.
@@BrianTheCameraGuywould you recommend the A7 iv over the A7r V for hybrid video and photo? I own an FX3 and I'm lacking Mpx and Crop Mode. But want it to be B cam as well
If you are shooting primarily video with this 2nd camera then I would go with the a7iv. You save money for almost the same video quality and cropping abilities. You can then go out and take the money saved and buy light, audio, or even a nice lens. I thought about switching my a7iv for the a7rV but said no. I don't take enough pictures to justify the money spent for the photo upgrade.

Hi , Is the Full frame Xtra fine 26 MP JPEG also benefitting in Low light on A7R5 compared to 61 MP JPEG. Can u suggest on it .
i am basically a JPEG shooter and confused between buying a74 and a7r5 , i have good budget for a7r5 and will pull the plug for it , if 26 MP JPEG is also benefitting in low light. You can shoot in 61MP in good lighning for extra detail and resolution on A7R5 and switch to 26 MP for low light benefits if light goes down.
i have read that medium RAW benefit in low light , but so should 26 MP jpeg too , just wanted to confirm with you on it . Thank you.
I did not try the jpeg settings. I unfortunately had to return the camera back to Sony.
Wait some of this info doesn’t sound right. I’m pretty sure the r5 doesn’t down sample from the full sensor for 4k video, with the only exception being in super 35 crop mode downsampled from 26mp (about 6k) to 4k. Otherwise the s3 should have sharper video across the board due to no pixel binning.

For dual person interviews, done indoor and out door would you suggest A7S3?
Absolutely. I love the image quality that the a7siii brings to the table. I really would love a firmware update to give it the feature that are offered in the new cameras but as far as image quality goes, you cannot beat that camera. You may want to go with 2 ZV-E1s instead of buying 2 a7siii. You can probably get 2 for a little bit more than the price of just 1 a7siii.

Hiii question I'm saving up for a camera. Looking in to the sony a7R v vs sony a93. Now I'm a newbie.. I wanna do portraits // sportsphotography
This is a good one. You really should look at what you are going to do more of. More portraits, then I would lean towards the a7R v. You could also go with the a7iv. Both are fantastic cameras. If you are really going to do more sportsphotography, then the a9 3 is the way to go. What is your total budget for camera and lenses?
@@BrianTheCameraGuy I got my hands on a sigma 24-70. And I have about $4300 save up but I do have little over two months so I have more time to save up 6k , , then getting like 200-600mm lens
That is awesome. The a93 is a great camera. You are not going to go wrong saving for that. That being said if you can get the 200-600 plus the a7rv, then I would go that route. Investing in lenses is always a better choice. Not the most fun but always a best idea.
I own the a7siii camera and I love it . I know it does great in low light at 4k 24p and 4k 30p , but how does it perform in low light at 4k 60p ?
I would say in low light you are going to have your image fall about a little bit. The dual ISO will only go to 3200 so you will need some fast primes to get away with really low light situations.

I have really found that the a7siii is amazing at low light. I love cranking it up to 12,800 and just hitting that record button. I try to overexpose less at night time and then really crush the blacks. I find that gets rid of a lot of noise.

I don't think you mentioned this in the video but I believe a 7 s iii is better when it comes to slow motion.
Yes the slow motion is really good on the a7siii. Not bad on the a7rv but not as good.

Yes, it is full frame!!
A7RV has rolling shutter at what resolution is this at HD , 4K or only 8K?
The rolling shutter happens in all resolutions. It is because the processor has to work so much harder to read all the megapixels!

I would say the a7siii is still the King of video. But... this a7rV is getting really close. It is an amazing hybrid camera.

Dynamic range ?
From what I can tell the Sony a7siii would have the better dynamic range. Both cameras do such a great job but I still really like the way the a7siii looks over all. To me it is all about the perfect image.

I would agree. That camera is amazing. I got to use it a couple of months ago and it is great. It is really tough for people to drop 6500k on one camera, but if you got the money then you do you brother!!
