    I got vaccinated today against HPV and am glad I did it. I wish I could have done it in my early teens, but I got it now in my early twenties. I believe my parents didn't want me to take the vaccine when I was younger, but I'm glad I did it!

      @@abbymcgunigall7441 dont get it honey!!! I got all 3 when I was 16 and am now 31 and I'm telling you I have had NOTHING but problems ever since. From allergies to bacterial vaginosis and all kinds of other things that are a resort of that HPV including HPV itself which I just recently tested positive for ironically and had to have cells removed from my cervix but what they dont tell you about this vax is that it DOESN'T PREVENT HPV OR ANY OTHER STDS like some ppl think. The ONLY way to prevent and treat HPV is with regular pap smears and of course proper nutrition and healthy immune systems. It's taken me almost 11 years to get pregnant and after finally conceiving by the grace of God I had my little boy and of course vaccinated him per the CDC schedule and have had nothing but problems with him as well that's sent me down a rabbit hole of information leading to the truth about alllll vaccines.. there isn't a single solitary one of them that are safe and have been proven as such. They are allll much more dangerous and toxic that ANY of these diseases they're trying to prevent in the 1st place not to mention how they're messing with mother nature by trying to prevent things that are bound to happen in ones life. Like getting the chicken pox or measles or even the flu.. they're allll lost part of living life that's why God creates us so perfectly that he gave us a body with several different working systems in it all of which work together to fight off and kill diseases and bacteria that in turn just make us even stronger in other areas of our health like when you get the measles I think the odds of getting certain cancera decrease or something like that and dont quote me on that one lol ive read so much about vaccines in the last 4 months all the info is just starting to run together in my mind lol. I really hope and pray you didnt have to get this vaccine. It's just ruining the lives and sometimes its immediately after and sometimes its years later when you start to see the damage done it just depends on the person bc were all different at the end of the day lol

    Hi EMSV66. Your concern is understandable if that is the death rate from the vaccine! If you read on in the insert (word limit here-so link below) the death rate was more than 1/1000- so the question is context. Was this a normal death rate? Related to the HPV vaccine? When we study big groups of people, as we do with vaccines, there are bad events- car accidents, suicides, cancer, etc. The insert describes each death (quite a list!) and I don't see a thread that links the deaths to the vaccine.

    I got this in 2006 while in the military and have had NIGHTMARE issues. I was just under the 26 yr age restriction so made a rush judgement to get it done. I thought If it was questionable at all the military doctors wouldn't even consider it. (I was so young and altruistic then.) I had no idea that my menses stopping, severe abdominal pain, energy levels etc could have been associated with this. I have lost a pregnancy after dealing with irregular periods for over a decade. I would urge any parent considering to vaccinate their children to not. Let the child choose at the age of consent. I wasn't even pernicious. I just thought it was one less thing to worry about. If I could turn back time I would have forgone it. Even if one were to have unprotected sex, the possibility of HPV developing into cancer before being caught in a regular pap smear is very unlikely. Even then, there are many ways of treating it before developing into cancer. Part of me suspects this may be an indirect way of intentionally sterilization. They can chalk it up to women being reckless and sexually active.

    • @ResilientWon
      @ResilientWon Před 6 lety +7

      Listen to the testimonies of the women in the class action law suit. Even though it sounds like a great thing to do, know that it hasn't been on the market long and many serious side effects seem almost par for the course after receiving it. I have been so frustrated with the VA's repeated failure to treat my many symptoms. Maybe they are aware that they are due to a vaccine they gave me while I was active duty. It seems like a conspiracy theory, but so did many things that the government did until information was declassified and available to the public.

      @@wbarwegen your right facts Do out rule this argument, because it's a fact that these vaccines do a hell of a lot more good then harm. Look, these things take time, it's not like we can emediatley make vaccines personalized as soon as we create the vaccines, of course we are aiming towards that goal (thx to crisper we might actually have that option soon but it's gonna be expensive). I just don't understand why people can't be realistic when it comes to this, we can't make this stuff perfect right off the bat, like when polio was an outbreak and we made the vaccine, as much as it helped it also hurt a lot of people, but they endured and held each other's hands for a better tomorrow, but all of a sudden we think were too good for that and if we don't get the best thing we shouldn't get it at all? No offense but people in other countries will literally beg for the vaccinations we have yet we are too spoiled and refuse them.
      And I'm not saying these pharmaceutical companies and industries are the best either, especially big pharma and the opioid crisis, but people are doing it the wrong way by not getting the vaccines, we should instead be making legislations that limit the pharmaceuticals freedom.

    The Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System in the US looks for concerning signals as vaccines are used. Expert academics (not the pharma co.'s) then look at the data to see if there is a problem. Two big reviews have shown "no common medical pattern or clustering of events to suggest that they were caused by the vaccine and proportional reporting ratios for deaths do not suggest a causal association".

The problem is that my sister got it last year at my age, and her legs got paralysed for 3 hours after, and apparently it went black in front of her eyes...so I'm really scared since I've surfed the Internet and I have found so many experiences of children dying or ending up in a coma after this vaccine. I can choose not to have it, but then there will be a risk of getting cervical cancer. So I'm really stuck.

What are we preventing, that hasn't already been, for the most part, eradicated? MANY doctors and health professionals do not vaccinate themselves or their children and there ARE cures for cancer! However, a healthy populace is not a profitable one for the pharmaceutical and treatment industries. Shame.

      Don't listen to these jackass anti-vaccers. They're just a bunch of idiots who use outdated and false information with no credible researches to back up their bogus claims. Yes, you should wait until you're old enough to get vaccinated yourself. Parents can be very arrogant and it's sad that your mother is more concerned about keeping you abstinent for another couple years than your health in the long run. My boyfriend was just recently diagnosed with genital warts. But luckily the vaccination I got when I was 13 covered the HPV strains that he has so I'm wart free.

      Did you got it already or do you wait? It depends on the country but in my country you can make your own health discisions when you are 16y/o. It is recommended you talk with your parents about it. Maybe you can tell your parents what their concerns are? It sometimes helps if you ask another familymember to be with you when you talk to your parents.

    Dr. Mike - Love your videos, but it's only fair to explain that when the HPV vaccine was tested against a "placebo", it wasn't an actual placebo - it was the adjuvant for the same HPV vaccine. So the 65% of people who had reactions to the "placebo" were actually having a reaction to the adjuvant contents of the HPV vaccine, which is pretty significant. I don't think it's fair or honest to sweep this under the rug with your compelling cartoons. I think a lot of people would be interested in seeing the results of the HPV vaccine and adjuvant tested against a true placebo. This trial either hasn't been done or the results have been buried because they are not favorable to Gardisil. But if the results are good and safe, then we should see that.
