This bail argument by Karony's attorney....is actually totally flawed!! Because what all comes down to is:
Karony was arrested in Utah. And is being held in jail, by the State of Utah. On Criminal Charges filed by the US Govt...in....New York City!!
So literally....the Utah Judge has no real authority. To rekease Karony on bail. As the WHOLE case is about US criminal law in...NEW YORK!!!!
Basically....the State of Utah. Is in essence providing a service. To the Federal Govt. To hold Karony there. While all the paperwork and arragements are being made. To transport Kariny back to NY.
In reality...the State of Utah hasnt filed criminal charges against Karony. Its the US Govt, in the NY Federal Court. That wants Karony to show up in the NY Court to answer those Federal Crimunal Chaeges.
So basically....the Utah Judge is a disinterested party. Just overseeing Karony, while he's there in Utah!!
So like the Utah Judge basically said last time. No...I'm not going to issue bail. But if you want to file more motions for bail....Sure Karony!! That's fine...I'll read it!!
So anyway....Karony is going to vusit, NYC...free of charge. And he's also got a place to stay!!
Sooo.....Karony's lawyer knows this!! This is Federal Criminal laws in a NYC Court. And as a result....the Utah Courts are basically. Just bystanders!! To handle the transfer from Utah State Custody. To US Federal Custody. And so...
...what Karony did ir didnt do. Did ir did not steal SafeMoon funds. The Utah Judge usnt going to hear and Judge any of that......because....its not a Utah Court Case!!
