Course Description:
In this course we'll discuss the steps a homesteader might take to develop the skills needed to create a pantry filled with the food items and supplies that are going to best suit their family's needs. From learning to cook your meals from scratch using whole foods and basic ingredients, to learning where to source those ingredients in bulk and how to best preserve them. This class will cover all the skills you need to stock your pantry shelves.
