I have the best hack for foggy goggles. Baby shampoo. Use the tiniest drop and rub on the inside of your goggles. Then wipe away with a damp finger. Don't worry about getting any in your eyes for two reasons. First only use a teeny tiny bit. Second it's baby shampoo which does not hurt your eyes.

Most important tip is don't pee in the pool.
Edit: seriously guys, don't do it. And don't swim in a pool that you suspect someone has peed in it. It causes serious health problems and infections.

I have a swim hack for competitive swimmers, If you put your swim cap over your goggle strap and pull the edge of your swim cap over the top of the goggles (being sure you can still see) your goggle should be less likely to fall off on a start

U can have a family member help! I recommend learning how to swim with your face In the water because it is more useful and easier than doggy paddle ;)
Tips: Always have a adult or someone to help near you for safety reasons
Learn how to hold your breath underwater for at least 10 seconds. You can start off by plugging ur nose and then just going under without plugging it little by little
Once u have learned to not plug ur nose underwater, try and float on your stomach. Have your lungs full of air and you will automatically float to the surface of the water.
Next moving your arms. First u have to push the water backwards in a big circle. Remember that you don’t have to do this action so often while swimming because it could tire u out.
Legs has to be the most important. Moving your legs will be in the action of just paddling . Keeping your legs straight is how I learned but moving them constantly. U may stop moving your arms for a couple of seconds but you constantly move ur legs unless u need a break.
Then put all these steps together and u should know how to swim!

The best way to pull off water out of the ear is to put more water inside the ear!
Look what happen when two water drops touch each other, how they combine. Adding water to the ear will make the drop combine with the rest of the water, and after tilting your head again all the water will be drained.

Do you mean if you feel like there is teeeeeeny tiny bit of water inside your ear (which is you can't pull off your ear), you add more water to it so when you jump, all of the water will be wash out?

Here is a how to make rings in water!
Get under water and sink to the floor(if you dont know how to sink, just let out air in your body.) Also, be sure to be in a not so deep end if its your first time.
Lay down on the floor and look up at the surface
Whilst still facing up, stick your tounge out with your lips approximate to it
Then, quickly blow and remove your tounge as soon as do. Thats what works for me..

When I feel like I'm about to have a leg cramp (the very first seconds of the cramp, ya know, when a muscle starts getting janky), I immediately relax the entire leg, from hip to toe, as if I tried to shut it down and not use it at all. After something like 10 seconds of total relaxation, the cramp is avoided without pain and I can use the muscles again

0:10 I actually tilt the head to the opposite side of the ear that has water in (if water in left ear, then tilt to right), then use the left palm to put more water in left ear, and quickly tilt back to the left side. The water will come out along with the inner water (a little bit warm). Jumping with gravity doesn't really works on me.

Ik if you are a swimming and you are like a day in and day out person. And you always smell chlorine on your skin or in the air at time, if you have this problem 1. Use Scented Lotions 2. Use a Defuser with good smelling oils to block and put a new scent in (if you are at home) 3. if at school smell a gum wrapper because some of the smell can be good.

I have a hack for when at the beach I have seen color goggles that also act as sunglasses and I have them I get them from Speedo
The nose must not be blocked in any way, even with nose clip.
You need both the mouth and the nose free so you can use one or the other in certain situations during the swim.

I used to automatically do 1:33. My cousin would always ask me why I did it but I never knew I was doing it😂
what i am going to tell you will really help u guyzz .
1) you feet should not be bended it should be straight and you finger must be folded downwards.
2) inhale air from your nose and exhale it when you are in water from your mouth slowly otherwise you wil run out of air .
3) your knee should not be bended while kicking it should be straight and should move with your hips .
4) dont be afraid if you really want to swim .
5) start with the corner of your pool .

I use toothpaste for defogging giggles and masks. Rub it on before getting in the pool and rinse after 10 seconds or so. Just don’t rub too hard because it can scratch. I do it all the time and it works perfectly.
Or wear ear plugs. When I float on my back it gets on my ears and gets stuck in the right one until I take and pump it out with my hand.
I have wheezing issue how swimming will help me to reduce it or not?

Tania kaztillo No se la misma palabra en español (bouyancy) pero como la piscina no es muy ondo el cuerpo tiene una tendencia para flotar. Para poder quedar más tiempo bajo agua checa unas técnicas de "freediving". Una muy buena es soplar doble del tiempo de lo que inhales; has eso unas beses antes de tomar rápidamente un gran inhalo para quedar más tiempo.
