Imagine if we’d have been starting Carvalho for the last 10 games...
Randolph O’Neil made a big mistake. It was a very simple task of playing our best players in the right positions and we would have had a good chance. Wasted season
Randolph my man. Have us ever performed Heskey time in front of a crowd?
@@gillwee7425 not a wasted season, we would have been embarrassed in the premier League
Play offs
@@jackmattison7944 true, we would have been embarrassed even more there 😂
Pure filth by our Portuguese king ❤️
This team needs to be built around Carvalho. What a player to have at this level. Excellent performance, although Boro were dreadful - you'd never know they're playing for a playoff place at the minute. COYR
Carvalho and Ansarifard linking up well by the look of things
Pearce GreatestEverLeftBack and we helped the shaggers to a playoff spot, disgrace
@@pearcegreatesteverleftback03 but you're a derby fan? Bet your over the moon!
Best Forest performance in a while, Carvalho utterly changed the team.
O'Neill really should be building the team around him, he's the sort of player that, with the right team around him, could genuinely see us promoted.
Carvalho masterclass, O’Neil won’t get sacked if he isn’t stubborn and changes the formation also start carvalho
Martin O'Neill has been sacked by the end of the season
What a birthday for me! Great win and a great performance by all
Hope you had a good birthday
It was my birthday as well! It was ordered for us
Many happy returns 👍
Jack Mattison then many happy returns to you aswel 👍🍾
Lee ludlow Art cheers man
1:52 The real reason you keep coming back to these highlights.
Literally
What we needed yesterday, made me smile

Should've been GOAL OF THE MONTH what an absolute magician he is by João Carvalho
Between him and lolley worked really pretty well
Milosevic stunning volley his shot was like powered it home to beat Darren Randolph!
Woah!
What a BRILLIANT GAME by our 13.2million player João Carvalho
Brilliant silky skills and assist to Joe Lolley 😎😎
Wonderful performance by Joao, reminded me of the likes of Ian Storey Moore, Duncan McKenzie and Robbo with his ability to get the whole stadium on their feet with a piece of magic. Lets hope its the first of many.
Carvalho is easily the best player in the championship
Wow,where did that come from after our last four loses! Great performance and about bloody time, first decent win for 5 matches! No promotion this season. What went wrong again!
Great win, too little too late unfortunately
I was at that game for the whole game Carvalho was getting stuck in and the fans love it we are getting the old winning forest back
Carvalho has got so much more to give yet, bags of potential
Great performance , Carvalho was magical.
Great win but they have done my nut in this season with inconsistency. It's been exhausting.
Ant Adam yes, I couldn’t agree more, four bloody loses on the trot before this and then we produce this performance. The mind boggles.
Awesome goal by murphy
Great win, but now I want consistency. Another win next game please or we will just be proving nothing. Still chuffed with this win though.
It makes you realise what may have been if MON had not made wholesale changes from day 1. Carvalho did v 'Boro what he had done to a few other teams this season, but because the caretaker manager left him out of the side after AK was forced out, I don't think MON realised what a talent he had at his disposal. Comments that Carvalho wasn't in the team when he arrived is a lame excuse as well as being a gross distortion of the truth.
We have watched three months of dire football while Carvalho sat generally unused on the bench. From his first game in charge when MON tried 4-4-2 in his first match v Brizzle (which we lost) there have been some bizarre team selections and it was not until he was forced to make changes because of suspensions (Benalouane and Colback) and injury (Byram) that MON picked him as a starter. He brings the best out of Cash, Lolley and Ansarifard/Grabban who have mobility and pace.
It was no surprise that the football was infinitely better than anything seen for months and that we rolled over a playoff candidate. The downside is that it really brought home the opportunity that has been thrown away in the last few months and despite an outstanding performance it almost seems as if the manager is looking for excuses to minimise Carvalho's contribution. MON is saying he still needs to come to terms with Championship football. That may well be true but he has demonstrated all season an ability to beat a player and pick a pass with game changing results, it is a pity it has taken so long for the manager to realise that.
If, as he now says, his mission was not to get promotion this season (Ha!) but to really go for it next season, it makes Carvalho's omission from the team even more peculiar because how else is he going to improve and get used to the championship.
All the fans have only been saying since day 1 under MON to play Carvalho. I think he might have realised why now.
how has milosevic been doing in forrest? /AIK fan
Carvalho is one of the best Portuguese midfielders today, why was he put aside in last matches before this one???? It really affected the team quality......
Carvalho was actually played in the position he likes and is good at
Could’ve been 8-0! Consistently attack with such purpose and we’ll win the league next season.
Championship season is 46 games, we'd lost 4 in a row before this win. Won't go anywhere under O'Neill.
BlackSeedsOfVengeance don’t get ahead of yourself we’ve only beat Middlesbrough however I think we can fight for top 6
Pearce GreatestEverLeftBack honestly from the display that we put on yesterday, we’d have handily decimated any other team in the league. No doubt.
Middlesbrough have been shocking this year and there lucky they finished in the top half
looks like we ran riot! no chance for Britt? the lord works in mysterious ways. Glad MON has figured out we need to play to our strengths and build a team and system around our better players. Hope this means that Carv will still be here next season and playing like this on a regular basis. What are the chances we will win our remaining fixtures and miss out on play offs due to dropped points at Leeds and Norwich? Lets get some quality signings in during the summer to compliment what we already have. U Redsss!
THEY SHOULD PUT ANSARIFARD AT STARTING XI.HE IS A VERY GREAT PLAYER
I am a chilean fan ... go Nfc!!!
Shame we haven't played like that all season ripped them apart well done carvalho run rings round the defence bet o'Neill wishes he had played you more regular as we would probably be in the playoffs although we had some dodgy decision against us which have lost us a good 10 points but hay ho let's hope next season we keep the players and get promoted
Beauriful football im brasileiro
COYR Middlesbrough outclassed by our Portuguese king
I'm a boro fan but what are boro doing well played forest
'A good day at the office.'
At last!
Now at least let's try and win the last two games and end on a 'high.'
Try and get ourselves sorted out for next season.
Triplex 29 someone likes speech marks
It's a shame MON knocked all the confidence out of Carv. Best player we had that season when he played. Sent to rot in spanish second division so the Greeks could clean their dirty money, heartbreaking really.
Why are there no chants whatsoever?
this result helped derby though.

So frustrating cannot believe this is the same squad, what is going on?QPR away,we had better get 3 points!!!

Annoying to think with thd right team selection, this could have been us months ago.

I'll take the positives but as always there are people on here who clearly know fuck all. True supporters support the club no matter what! Get a fucking grip of yourselves and stop jumping on the bandwagon (if you know what that means) that is!
Typical Forest. Can't make the Playoffs anymore now and suddenly look like the best team in the league! The only silver lining is hopefully they can finish the season strong add a few players in the key positions and take the form into next season for an Auto-Promotion challenge.
Far too many draws in the early part of the season has cost the Top 6 spot in the end.
To Little to late why didn’t o niel play him 7 games ago what a monumental fuck up o niel has done to forest .
Started playing him when he should of played him months ago . Get karanka back
U rrrreeeeddddsss
Useless result, it's too late!
