He was supposed to be the rigid, cold, controlling husband typical of many upper class men of the 60’s. He played the part well.

@@greatminds1017 just checking: you do understand the difference between the actor and the character? I wasn’t sure what you meant. The CHARACTER is the typically overbearing upper class (well, and other) male of the 60’s. Joe Allywyn takes these parts to highlight the ills of the society.
