    Great work
Hoe long did each step take
How long in the amonia and how long letting it dry on the towel?

The temperature and even in this case the wind blowing from the window really affect how the ammonia evaporates, meanwhile i changed a bit, i prefer to spray ammonia and skip the 1st dip, just spray ammonia, leave it for a couple of hours, then spary again, leave for 1 or 2 hours, repeat until it has the ammo0unt of patina you are looking for, let it sit overnight to make sure everytthing has settled and that's it

Hey im a bit late to the party, but it looks awesome! Currently building a spanish ship as well! How many sheets did you need for your ship? Also, why did you add salt?

If i remember correctly a bit over 2 sheets on each side, the initial idea of putting salt was to create a pattern on the patina by preventing the amónia to reach the spots covered with salt, ended up realising that it also helped forming patina
