- Sound Concept Nanuet was requested to add Bluetooth cellular, Bluetooth audio and USB. We decided to lightly modify the the existing housing and fit a Pioneer DEH-6700BS. We are able to keep the steering wheel controls and match the dash board lighting. The factory amplifier was also kept in line to add to the volume level. The stock radio will go back in. how to interface wiring harness with aftermarket radio?
How did you keep the steering wheel controls and some head units have up to 6 rca channels. is that enough to just hook those up to the jag's existing amps?

We kept the original antenna.

Exact radio ? No wire harness ?
William, the radio is a standard DIN size Pioneer Bluetooth radio. The only rewiring is to bypass the OEM amplifier. It is located in the right rear trunk. There is no direct connect harness off the Jaguar radio plug.

Looks all wrong in that vehicle. More akin to the Starship Enterprise.
I will agree with you, the radio takes away from the OEM look. There are though individuals who are in need of modern conveniences and there are options to what can go into the dashboard.
