They announced it a while back that they were cancelling the project. They're not developing the residences/apartments anymore and they refunded any deposits. They said they were going to stay in the hotel business. I thought perhaps they'd continue the building as a hotel, but it seems construction has halted for a while now.
Prime location the design were beautiful if I did hav that type of investment money I definitely would bought it and continue with the same plan billions of money we talking about
I used to work at the insurance company across from there. I heard that some of the investors withdraw their money so the projected was halted due to lack of capital. Also, there was some talk around residences not wanting anymore high rising developments in that area. Look into it! @drivinginjamaica
Sad over all, the developers are selfish with no money to continue with what they wanted as a hotel only!

The land area was too small for that construction. You should ask terra nova what are their plans for the uncompleted structure.

It's beautiful design they gave back Monday to some people who did pay down on it it's really sad to see what is happening to it
