Hello Sir, I just found your channel. You are fantastic! I love the sounds of the birds and such in the woods!! I am getting old and broke my neck 6 years ago so my hunting and hiking days have come to an end. I was an avid Artifact hunter in my prime, I have a fairly extensive stone artifact collection. Always ment to start metal detecting but never got the chance. Thank you for making videos! They allow me the chance to virtually experience the rush of a find! Nothing like that feeling of knowing you the first human hand to hold since the guy who lost it! Thanks again and keep on detecting!

The buttons that you call pewter look like buttons we find here in the U.S.A. , we call them "Tombac buttons" Not sure if they are the same as your buttons.The beautiful nature scenes and photography sets your videos apart from the average video on CZcams! Having a smile at the wonderfully organised, tidy, methodical detectorist. Everything is so clean and well ordered. Even when you dig, and how you treat your finds. You pretty much are what a German detectorist should be. I, on the other hand, am a British detectorist. Most of my kit is a bit tatty and my detector only ever gets washed off in puddles of rainwater. My clothes are an ill-assorted bunch of garments I also wear in the garden. In short, I look like a beggar but with a detector. lol
I always enjoy your videos! Your country is beautiful and today was especially wonderful. That ring is amazing! It looks like an amethyst and the fact that the stone is carved is so unusual! Good luck finding out any facts beyond its medieval age!

I live in a small historic roman/celtic village in England, I found many great things similar to yours, last week I found a bronze age silver coin, I always find many roman coins and artefacts. great video, you have an amazing area to hunt.

Having a smile at the wonderfully organised, tidy, methodical detectorist. Everything is so clean and well ordered. Even when you dig, and how you treat your finds. You pretty much are what a German detectorist should be. I, on the other hand, am a British detectorist. Most of my kit is a bit tatty and my detector only ever gets washed off in puddles of rainwater. My clothes are an ill-assorted bunch of garments I also wear in the garden. In short, I look like a beggar but with a detector. lol
I always enjoy your videos! Your country is beautiful and today was especially wonderful. That ring is amazing! It looks like an amethyst and the fact that the stone is carved is so unusual! Good luck finding out any facts beyond its medieval age!

absolutely amazing find there my friend, a true find of a lifetime, congratulations, this is museum quality, and a wonderful bit of history, I hope you get the recognition you deserve, if a museum wanted to own this ring I hope they reward you very well for taking the time to find it. I live in a small historic roman/celtic village in England, I found many great things similar to yours, last week I found a bronze age silver coin, I always find many roman coins and artefacts. great video, you have an amazing area to hunt.

I can ask for an impression which won't be a problem but I will never get the ring back as I found it during an archaeological project. :)
