It’s difficult to understand why a good man like Sam Rubin passes away in his early 60’s while others in the world who harm others and cause much destruction to the human race & environment- get to live on.
They used to say “the good die young” and it is certainly true in Sam’s situation. Those of us lucky enough to have KTLA here north of the border in 🇨🇦 will miss him along with the rest of you in the broadcast Industry. Condolences to his🌹family🌹 & KTLA friends - and other friends & fans.

He was a LA icon for reporting. For those of us who work in the entertainment industry it was hard not to run into Sam in person. He was truly one of the few people whose on air persona was his actual character; funny, caring, and real, which for this industry is rare. For those of is born and raised in LA like myself, he was the face of KTLA next to another veteran reporter who passed away, Hal Fishman.
Bruh at least pay some respect. You don't have to know who he is to pay respect.
