Greetings from Spain! Thanks for sharing this, im currently beggining to play some acoustic gigs with a singer friend and since its just the two of us i was looking for a technique that would allow me to play both a simple bass line and double chops fluently. I feel like playing 4x5543 for AbM7 though, its easier for me given my previous experience. Thanks a lot mate! Good work!
Thanks dude! There's a good solo video out there already now, though he's playing half a step down which makes it just a little bit more complicated than it needs to be... whatever. Cheers for this one. You got that rhythm down like a chiller 🤙🏼
Solo, solo, solo. Excellent lesson: relaxed, well explained and easy to follow. All I've got to do now is master the rhythm. That may take a some time. Also, putting plectrums between machine head and surplus strings for safe keeping, I'll be doing that from now on. Many Thanks: Steal Roses.
Interesting that I just thought about using the metronome right after I paused. Then when I continued , you suggested the same thing this son is indeed a bit hard to keep up at the beginning. According to a book aI read , the pace should be around 78.
Nice, man... very nice. Only thing missing is vocals. Oh, and the solo... ;) And to be frivolous, it should be Db, not C#, because it goes to the 4th, but what does it really matter? Thanks for this.
I think it would depend on whether you are playing solo or with a band. Yes, the reggae guitarists use the top four strings but without other musicians it won't sound as good.
By far the best cover for this song. I love it.
This is a great demo/ lesson! Thank you so very much. 🌠🌅🌌🕊👌🏻
Amazing! Thank you 🙌🏽 Love this song
This song is legendary
Man I really like how you explain the video so nice

How can you play the C#major? I don't really know how...
7:19 Vgoooog thanks
How do you mute the D string in the first chord?
You have to touch the strings you want to mute but don't press on them just touch them so they can't swing
Have you tried transposing this too another position? I guess this is about as easy as this one gets. Solo request. I love Reggae!
How the hell do you mute the A and D strings in the first chord? And is it easier to do when using the thumb or middle finger.
I use my thumb to mute the a string then just play your pinky on the a string
I don't even do it
couldn't find your solo video?
Link for solo didn't work. PLEASE post the solo
this sounds better than the way i learnt it.
Actually, it was the strumming pattern that I needed to figure out. Thanks for showing me.
