Hello Mam can u answer me a question. Is there any noc required from employer in this process. I am a govt employee and department don't provide us any noc. In my case my appointment letter and salary slips is only proof I have. Am i eligible. Also pls tell if we need bank account statement in which salary is credited or not. Thanks in advance.
@@pardiparora282 yes NOC from the employer and bank statememt, both are required in mostly all the pathways of immigration because no matter from which province you apply, this is the requirement of the federal govt.

I am working in abc company and my salary rs 00 credits in xyz account but the agent is asking he will provide me noc from def company bcz it's in demand and when I said what about bank statement he told me that he will make fake certificate of exactly 00 salary of xyz account which is already coming from my abc company so in any case if anybody cross check it will look genuine as already same amount of salary will be coming in mention account. Yes source will be different but he is asking that they will not be able to verify this bcz they will just check whether salary is coming or not. This is something very technical but it would be very helpful if u have some knowledge abt this.
Dont do any fake thing. You will be banned. Always go through the proper and correct way.

RNIP is a very good program. i have all the ruquirements without proof of funds. but i have a land & house which i already live. i can try to sell it and get some money. i would like to know how many months should i maintain a good account balance to proof of funds.? Or may I use my property land & house as proof of funds?

thanks a lot for the good works, this is very informative, pls i want to ask quick question regarding provision of document, say for example i submitted mt EE application, can i start arranging all the document needed, like proof of work experience, police report, bank statement, does the date on this document matters, say for example, i submitted my EE application this month, and i got ITA in February does it matter if i submitted document with 2moth date ago.... and also what proof do i need to submit to proof my work experience: is it enough to submit offer letter, payment slip, contract or i just need to submit one os this.... thanks in advance for the reply

Is this program linked to IRCC express entry draw to get invited ( like the 600 points awarded for PNP and then you get invited once your score is above the minimum cut off) or is it a unique direct application for PR with a community recommendation letter, job offer and meeting eligibility requirements? Hi, would you recommend this program for someone with NOC 0111/0122 (finance) as i've noticed that the job postings on the community's websites are mostly for welder, painter, electricians etc. Also, you mentioned that the communities help with the "housing" but can you clarify in what sense? Just wanted to ask, what's the catch here? I mean it's easier this way to get a PR but what are the benefits of applying through Express Entry which we may not get while applying through this RNIP?
With express entry you can choose where you want to go and find an employer that you wish after landing. With the RNIP, you have to find a job beforehand (participating communities have made it much easier now though), stick with it, and work within either Ontario, BC, Saskatchewan, Alberta or Manitoba.

It's good to know they have extended this PILOT to 2024 but my IELTS got expired and i stopped searching for a job offer from these communities
Now can i start once again and if the offer is there can we reach Canada on work permit in any of these communities and later after ECA and IELTS can we apply for PR

You'll need IELTS & ECA reports after you get your job offer, for your PR stage.

The IELTS is mostly required after the job offer, during your PR application stage. No age limitation.
