    This video came at the right time… I'm currently a fourth year PhD candidate and very behind with working in my dissertation because I don't have good time management strategies. I love what you said about starting with an early win and then building upon that throughout the day. Thank you for this insightful video!

    Great video, it highlights a great point in communicating Ph.D.'s daily worries. I do find it sometimes difficult to respond to people every time someone asks me how many years left do I have in my candidature. But as you've mentioned, reframing my reaction on it helps, along with other points you've mentioned such as self care, routine, etc. ^_^
