It pleases me so much to see that certain young Filipinos appreciate and perform both art and folk Filipino compositions. I have always loved this piece which, sadly, not too many Filipino youth have even heard to begin with. I am an “expat” in the U.S. for 55 years now and can boast of only a total of one year’s return/visit to my homeland. Graduate studies, career, and raising a Filipino-American family have - in a sense - have prevented me from making more numerous visits there. Despite all these, I have always remained a Filipino at heart, especially when it involves Filipino folk, art, and patriotic music. Stumbling into this music video was a most pleasant and satisfying surprise! Thank you so much for the pleasure.

It’s a guitar quartet they’re supposed to play like that not try to outdo one another but to play together in unison in the midst of an audience or concert hall,hence,they are professionals.
