I'm all about loud and proud, but that low rumble really brought out what a charger used to be, B-E-Autiful Classic, also love that they didn't hammer it when he got on the road.

You could, too. Those things are tanks. All of them rusted apart before they quit running, 400-500K miles. I can't imagine what a nice one goes for now. I've never even looked at one of those "bring a trailer" type auction sites. I would probably get very depressed.

I have owned several ramchargers. I still have the first one I have ever bought. A 1986 dodge ramcharger 4x4 with 360 4 barrel. I bought it from then step-dad. He custom ordered it when we where stationed in west Germany
I run Dynomax Super Turbos on both of my old Mopars. Mine were made before catalytic converters so they are a little louder but not obnoxious.
I love the classic Ram Charger. This one is a little too quiet for me. I would have gone with borla s type mufflers for a little bit more sound and rumble

Really a shame they don't make the Ramcharger anymore. Technically the Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer are modern versions of it since they are built off of the Ram, but they cost an arm and leg. Stellantis should hand over the CDJR brands to someone else that knows what they are doing or at least split that part of the conglomerate off and let it operate autonomously under different leadership. 🙄

Ram chargers K5's ford broncos all day. Almost bought one of these years ago but was missing a motor. Kind of regret not going through with it.

Yeah they do have some over there lol. I’m looking at videos of them debating if I should bring one from over there. My cousin is in need of some money right now to get him on his feet and he has one over there so I’m going to offer him some money. I know he loves it but it’ll still stay in the family. Will probably do a 5.7 or ls swap in it to have it keep up with modern cars

Beautiful truck but definitely too quiet for a classic, needs the cats yanked off and Flowmaster 40 series mufflers.
Whether anyone else has heard about it in recent weeks they are bringing the ram charger name back but not like this truck in the video, sadly its gonna be a phev version of the 1500, sucks bc they could have capitalized on a market thats sorta returned with the bronco and competed with jeep but gm doesn't have a offroad blazer or jimmy

I can almost guarantee that's by design, the owner wanted something that flowed well and had a good tone but zero drone and no noise when cruising. These mufflers have fiberglass packing so they'll get a little louder over time but not by much.
What namebrand were the long tube headers? And is there a part number for the headers? Thank you.
