    Very helpful and to the point. My local mechanic quoted 550 dollars with my senior citizen discount. I bought Akebono pads for 90 dollars and did the job in less than an hour. Many many thanks amigo 🤘🏽

    Don’t forget to tighten lug nuts in a star pattern.

    Never seen anyone use a standard screwdriver and pry off the rotor to depress the pistons i typically use a c clamp with a old pad to do this.

    Would you ever reuse old brake pads on a new rotor?
    Old rotor warped 25k miles.

      I have the same question, the shop who turned my rotors did not sand the pads so its still not bedded in and making noise.. hope this will go away after few miles/kms
