Do you have the same experience as Jai with your move from Saudi to the UK?

I agree with Sir Jai… 7 years in Jeddah, I had mixed emotions there. Before coming to saudi, I had calm and patient attitude towards handling patients in pinas but because of the demands and impatience(Sura-sura) attitude of saudi relatives, I lost the will to have a tender loving care to look after them (patients). I guess every filipino nurses who worked in Saudi had different stories to tell. There, I only applied holistic care if the patient and the relatives respect me. Thnk God, in UK, sobrang bait ng mga psyente dito. My way of explaining things of what’s going on with them and asking their opinion and thoughts about their experiences in the hospital would allay and lessen their anxieties. I received a positive and motivating feedback from them and boosts myself to work beyond the call regardless of the salary.

Lalo na yung family or relatives ng patients, most of them makukulit at hindi marunong umintindi. Nagkaroon ako ng hypertension sa ER.

I definitely agree with Jai Ton. Real talk talaga. I’d been in the Middle East for a decade and I could say that my decision to transfer here together with my whole family is all worth it. You’ll definitely have the “work-life balance” dito na very seldom mo mafeel sa Middle East

11 straight years in the Middle East here. Couldn't agree more with brother Jai. We came from the same hospital and all I can say is once you move here in the UK a lot of opportunity await. UK's government has made sure that the people get to work. There are a lot of Social programs and benefits that are people centered and are really helpful and which I can say is I never felt during my stay as a nurse in the middle east specifically that my kids here get to have a free education and school meals until certain level despite the tax atleast we are assured of our wellbeing here as a family. We will also have the chance to become a citizen and enjoy especially for my kids when they reach College they can go to several top notch universities here in the UK and that is what I am looking for in the near future, God wills. Iba syempre pag sinabing galing UK yan. Tatak UK.

Just in addition, in middle east also, they considered nurses as maids. So thankful im moving to UK and no regrets to sacrifice my salary now.

Taena kasi magyayabang na lang mali mali pa biruin mo pinagsama ang toronto chaka colorado, panget na ang US ngayon mukhang malaki lang ang sahod dun pero ang tanong magkano na lang kaya natitira sa bulsa ng mga tao dun after ng mga gastusin lalo na mas marami bayarin dun d tulad sa europe in general na may mga bagay na hindi mo na gaanong iisipin dahil covered na ng gobyerno tulad ng healthcare, education, child benefits , pag sa US yan mauubos pera mo sa sobrang mahal para maavail lang yang mga bagay na yan plus given the fact na nawawala na ang influence ng US wala ng petro dollar in the long run bababa ng husto ang dollar at marami maghihirap sa US actually nangyayare na sya ngayon nagbulag bulagan lang mga american fanboy. Jusko imagine na lang kung sa state ka ng new jersey or new york property tax mo pa lang annually 10-14k dollars na pano na lang pag nag retire ka baka pension mo napunta lang sa pambayad ng property tax. I know it because i have an auntie who is facing that dilemma. Tapos when you have kids going to college matic yan student loan na hindi bababa sa 50k dollars it can even go as high as 100k us dollars, estudyante ka pa lang baon kana sa utang.

I guess Middle east is good to gain your experience, help parents to start a business or livelihood financially and invest before 30’s. After that, Uk is the best place to start your own family. Di mbibili peace of mind and contentment dito. As well as, future wellbeing ng mga bata. All in all kpg may citizenship na, wala ng toga, diploma or scrutiny from the bwisit na Immigration officers kung uuwi sa pinas. 😂😂😂

WHEN YOU MENTIONED LUXURY IN LIFE SA SAUDI ARABIA' MEANS YOU GO TO THEATRE EVERY WEEK END, EAT OUT AND GO TO NIGHT CLUB, visit galaries, museums, historical buildings, socialize to creative Pilipinos/British/Artists/ HAVE WEEKEND IN PARIS OR ROME? if you do that those well must be expensive sa S.A. Saudi kasi walang tax. Makakaipon ka talaga.
Kahit hindi ka pa mg OT.
Dito sa kung hindi ka mg bank
    Waley…
    Hindi ka makakaipon.
Noong nasa middle east ako nakakabili pa ako ng nggold and mga shirts.everypayday or kahit hindi pa payday.
    Dito walay.
If hindi mg bank sapat lng pera mo tas papadalakapa sa pinas nasame lang sa pinapadala noong nasa saudi kasi sa mahal ang renta.
Tapos ang ILR magiging 8years na.
    Experience is good here.
But i will base on my personal experience I’ll go to australia after mas malaki sahod mas mapalit pa sa pilipinas
