Iztaccihuatl & Popocatepetl National Park Hiking (Puebla, Mexico)

Begin the adventure to the famous Iztaccihuatl and Popocatepetl National Park (also known as “Izta-Popo”). On the way, stop in the magical town of Cholula for charming panoramic tour. After arriving at the park, set off for Paso de Cortez, located just in the middle of the Popocatepetl and Ixtaccíhuatl volcanoes. Located in the heart of central México, the area sits at about 3,400 meters (11,150 feet) of altitude and offers incredible views of the surrounding region. Hike about a mile to a scenic waterfall for a rest and amazing views of the two volcanoes.
