Team USA starters always drops the ball, whenever the bench comes in they get momentum. Happened in so many exhibition games

Paolo Banchero is such a well rounded player considering how young he is. Has all the physical tools, can play 3-5, high basketball IQ, and very skilled. And once he really develops that 3 point shot he will be even more of a problem

I am completely impressed how good international players have become in my lifetime. A lot of these guys have no fear of the NBA players and just want to give it their all. This tournament has the game energy of March Madness, but with better teams. Basketball has become as international as football (soccer) and if isn't the world's no. 2 sport, soon will be.

I will always be a fan of his but as an Italian I was VERY DISAPPOINTED by the proclamations made by him and his father that he wished he could be part of the Italian team he felt like a part of...instead he just used the Italian national team to haggle and get better conditions with the USA... It is certainly his right to choose which nation to play for by virtue of his double passport, but if he had chosen the USA national team without proclaiming his Italian identity or expressing his will to join team Italy, no one would have had anything to to say again... however, the way he behaved left the Italians VERY BITTER... A choice made with the wallet and not with the heart...
However, he remains a great player who will soon become a great champion...

the gather step is a FIBA rule, not an NBA rule. it applies everywhere. he gathers the ball with the left foot down, that becomes his zero step. then he takes his 1-2, that honestly is more of a hop in this situation, into the shot. 100% clean

@dbutler9917 Kessler is all they need at the 5; he's going to have an amazing second season. Ant is the clear #1 option (though Banchero could make a jump) and having 3 "#1 options on average teams" is ridiculously good. Their scoring wouldn't be an issue at all, especially with a facilitator as elite as Haliburton. Between Bridges, Jackson, and Kessler, the defense would be off the charts as well.

those masterful fouls given for usa when was losing to chop of the point difference, and a few times when n.z had a chance to come close to score and not given hers ,is the only way to ensure that usa team will win . because if they het fluster and start thinking then they got problems. some shoots would not enter , confidence goes to shit , they are more prone to mistakes and all this adds to the effect more. as it happened in the begining of the game.
