@@vzlanoxvida unfortunately, I think you're completely correct. In the US, half these women would be pulling their phones out and recording him for sexual harassment and the guys would probably be aggro. I'm sure it wouldn't be all the time, but it'd be often I think. Especially with the women.

Most I’ve seen anyone deadlift (it was almost 600lbs) was done by some slim looking young guy (early 20s). You would have never guessed he was that strong just by looking at him. I was completely dumbfounded.

this guy is the perfect example that to be strong you don't necessarily have to have huge muscles, the conditioning that changes everything.
True, size doesnt mean strength. If you want to go through the scientific rabbit hole go do a little research on fast-twitch and slow-twitch muscle fibers, you can appear small and yet have a good strength

I have lifted my entire life and seen some of the most inflated and fragile egos in gyms like this everywhere. Huffed up, puffed up and legends in their own heads. Great to see you bring them down a few notches to reality.
I guess it does make some people rethink their own greatness....but it's not really about bringing people down by showing off, that would place him in the same category with them... ultimately I think most are entertained, motivated and uplifted after the interaction and left with a smile on their face

Maybe try out a powerlifting routine. The's one guy who competed at powerlifting in high school and college. Search for UFpowerlifter. He works fulltime now, has a family and spends a lot of time fishing. His PR for benching is about 410 I think it was. His weight at the time was 155 lbs. He has his routine posted.
