This is a soundtrack of a movie "Hari ng tondo" A story about Asiong Salonga. He is one of the famous thug in the Philippines who fights for the peace and equality for his land which is the Tondo. Asiong was considered one of the Philippines' Public Enemy where he reigned and dominated the Manila's then-known mob district, Tondo, for several years. Asiong as a gang leader had solid loyal 12 members of his group, with 4 hideouts in Manila (Tondo, Binondo, Quiapo & Pier). Salonga's name had been linked to several illegal possession of firearms, murder, selling of firearms, homicide, collection of sum of money from businessmen, and other unknown nefarious cases from which somehow he had always managed to squirm out of arrest. Despite this reputation, Salonga was still considered a hero by many local residents, and thus earning him a nickname the "Robin Hood of Tondo". Asiong was recognized by many in Metro Manila due to the frequent appearances of his name in the headlines of the journal news. The only record of Salonga in the Supreme Court was dated March 28, 1946, which was concerned with his arrest without warrant on January 10 of the same year.
The 2011 awarded film Manila Kingpin: The Asiong Salonga Story is based on his life story. He was shot dead in 1951 by one of his companions, allegedly in a drinking spree, Ernesto Reyes, which had been speculated as a double cross for fellow gang leader, and also Salonga’s rival, Carlos Capistrano (alyas Totoy Golem) whom Reyes worked for. Some sources also pointed politics as another angle behind the killing. Salonga's death occurred prior to his 27th birthday.

Gloc 9 is an amazing rapper especially with his lyrics, he always uses the deeper form of Tagalog (which is already hard enough to speak). He is what we call a "Makata" or a poet. His lyrics, vocabulary, instrumentals and flow is one of a kind and you need lots of knowledge and analyzing in order to get his references and play on words to grasp the message of his raps. Actually asiong and golem was a friend but golem became envy and hungry for power so he use his money and pay one of asiong closest member to kill him and they succeeded. The journey of asiong was amazing because no one dared to fight him because he was so good to the neighbor and also his neighborhood protected him, hide him when police are after him.

in addition both golem and Asiong fought many aspiring gangsters who also want to hold Tondo as their territory. Tondo was famous on many brave warriors and Tondo was a mark if you can hold it you are the King. But before someone can do that they will attend to so many bravemen too. Tondo is rich on many things, revelation, area of commercialism, trades etc because its surrounded by ports where contraband are easily can come in and PaSig river. but these are old stories but now tondo is quite already and civilized. That fireball was actually a dart shot from an "indian pana". Basically a very crude version of a slingshot made out of one stick, one length of rubber and a metal wire. The darts (fabricated from large nails) were often coated with poison and would be in most cases imposible to remove safely due to how the dart head is shaped, it would lacerate muscles and tissue if forcibly removed, often needing a trip to the e.r. to remove safely. Asiong was the one doing all the dirty work fighting other thug groups and giving all the dirty money to the poor people.
