An absolutely brilliant film. Woefully forgotten, unfairly lambasted upon original release. Wonderful soundtrack by Michael J Lewis.

@@Setebos Assume you mean his voiceover during the car chase? It’s one of the things I loved when I first saw it (not sure if that was in the cinema or on tv) but is completely missing on the dvd I have. Often wondered why there are two versions. In a way, the bonus of the dvd is the music takes pride of place rather than being slightly muted under the voiceover. Happily for me, it can still be enjoyed in a CZcams clip.
@@lotusgroup123 There are definitely two versions of the film out on dvd. Unfortunately I cannot tell which has the narration (and, worst of all, the film isn't available at Shop TCM who, I feel, would mention the distinction). All I can advise is shop as carefully as possible.
