If in doubt, flat out? I sometime do it in RC or Sim racing when I feel the car can't be saved. I do it for fun or vent... But in a real car, it is not a good idea to save the car I guess.
Maybe in a 4WD car on gravel, it can actually save you from going off.

Edit: It's a full lift-off oversteer. He just tried to safe the spin with the throttle. If you go off throttle with maximum G, the inertia of weight shifts to the front, so it unloads the rear and you loose grip. 2nd reason is the differential, that allows maximum rotation off throttle you don't want at this moments. Karts have a spool, so are no way learning this behavior. rF2 or iRacing prepares you better for that or all cars in BeamNG.

I say that happened because the driver in front lifted off way to much and you were nose heavy and tail not so happy .

Well, I understand “lift off oversteer” and all that stuff, but.. 3 cars in a row, all having troubles in the same corner. 2 went wide and one had a spin.

It's the car itself. Very prone to lift off oversteer making it very difficult to drive smoothly. Drivers going wide are applying too much throttle and understeering.

@@Fernando_Racing while i agree it takes good reflex to be in this, guy had the gas pinned when crash happened on a down hill part of the track AND happened on apex... there was more than enough time for him to take a better decision. It was all ego and tunnel vision imho

@@VegetaWinning There's a big difference between steering aggressively and not being able to keep it under control, but still flicking it right off a kerb onto another with so much lift-off. If you can't tell how that would end badly for someone with not much experience beyond karting and Gran Turismo, you're clearly underestimating how these cars behave. I drove both an SR1 and an SR3 and I can assure you that no car with such pointy steering and a flywheel that light would respond well to that kind of maneuver.
