@@sandracl8757 I worked union for 40 years in Michigan but I wouldn’t give money to their PAC and I never voted how they told me too. There were a few Democrats at the state level because I knew they would vote for the people not some special interest. There is nothing wrong with some of the unions. I was a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers.
@@glennjohnso310 was your pension not effected? I know that the pensions of many of the large Unions were severely effected at no fault of their own. I saw a bit showing the Union Representatives of one of the largest 5 unions ( I believe it was AFL-CIO) said that he full heartedly endorsed Trump in the 2016 election because Trump laid out a plan to get help with their pensions but, as soon as Trump was elected Trump didn’t follow through.
Under the Biden Administration the American Recovery plan was passed the helped union workers by providing ~36 Billion to the pension fund to help Union workers.
That seems REALLY important. Can you share your perspective of why that and the fact Biden is pro union doesn’t seem to matter to some Union members.

@@sandracl8757 I'm anti-union because I think there should just be better laws for workers for every state, ensuring workers get breaks, etc. but not laws that infringe on employers rights either. I don't think people should be forced to pay unions to be treated with equality and respect. I think merit based pay is an excellent way to motivate people to work hard, smart, and efficiently. I loved working in a non-union shop and I left because a bunch of lazy people started trying to drive unionization. This one woman kept harassing me because I wouldn't sign. She was a race-baiter as well.

If you are from Michigan I assume you care about Unions. If so you may find it interesting that 9 of the 10 largest Unions endorse Biden (the 10th, the teamsters, haven’t made their endorsement). You might want to understand why they would do that.
