The best improvement, I think, will be a some tilt of the tubes, this will allow sticks to slide into the stove by gravity, while they are burned from one end
this exatcly that i was thinking
I agree, but I also think flames will begin to come out of the tubes if they are angled up
@@SamSamuylik may be a furnance draft will prevent this
@@SamSamuylik same Here
came here to say the same thing but some smarter people got there first :D
#1 improvement, don't ever use treated wood with finished sides to cook with, the chemicals off-gassing from that stuff is not good for you!
Zwęglone mięso do do granic możliwości zalane śmietaną musi być pyszne i wcale nie mdłe:)
remember zdrowie is everything
I have never before seen anything like that.. It is awesome!
You could easily (and very practically) make that to accommodate a "disco" made from a plow disk. Cool stuff, Sean!
After checking out some other videos of this channel, this is they only DIY channel I've found in awhile that is not a gimmick channel.
Looks like a fine meal on a wicked stove. Thanks for sharing.
I love DIY products, especially you make this style, I like it very much.
Not just a stove in my opinion but an art piece as well.
This is the work of a madman!
Awesome channel! Thanks for taking the time to be a creator and sharing the projects😎 knowledge is power and these days everyone needs a little knowledge and mentoring.
G'day mate as a boiler maker it's a good visual idea 👍 with that much air intake you can save yourself some time by not bothering with the holes in the bottom 😉
Outstanding, salute your ingenuity and skill 👍👌👌
I came across this wild looking stove in a google search while not being signed in - which sucks because this should have been recommended. Anyways, I just wanted to say cool stove, very artistic, & learn what an actual reasonable person & people would be & get others to do the same.
Your design is one-of-a-kind. Fun to look at. Great for a BBQ in a public Spot. Everyone would come over just to check it out!
Uses much more wood than that steak needed, but who cares. It is cool!!
Also thinking about fire hazard, well as ability to move it after cooking is done. Takes long time for it to cool down well as lots of splitting... Then again if you pull out each peace its easier and faster to put out, though what wind does to this thing could be issue. Blowing embers all over the place from bottoms well as tube. As constant burn rocket wood cooker this would be pretty decent and practical, long as you can get to cool down fast enough.
Looks very interesting!! Thank you for sharing!!
Cool looking stove and decent build quality. I wouldn´t make wholes in the bottom though, as this stove gets plenty of air through the tubes. Without wholes you will not have hot ashes falling through which will make it safer. If you put it on 4 legs to lift it off the ground like 30 or 40 cm´s, it becomes less of a fire hazard and you don´t have to bend to fuel it. Further i would only put one row of tubes in it. Tubes that are fed through the cylinder wall at an angle of 45 degrees and that all come together a little bit above the bottom and in the centre of the cylinder. This will make it gravity fed and will create a rocket stove effect as the rest of the gas cylinder forms the chimney.
Great Ingenuity !!! Very nice rocket stove....
Magnificent, brilliantly efficient and it's beautiful too! I subscribe, Bravo and thank you for sharing
excelente, muito boa sua criatividade, parabéns.
Well built.
Wow nice idea I'm impressed 👍
That is a show piece and it works great. Bravo!
By the way, yes. But at the beginning of the video it was not necessary to show the results. Everyone would have thought until the last moment that at least a new hadron calahedron was being assembled.
@@user-zc9of8hu7m It's art. It is what it is.
THAT'S the best use of an old cylinder I've ever seen ( and I've seen
plenty ) ! The only thing that might be a drawback that I can see would be
that You'd have to be sure to have
enough dimensional wood for those tubes to cook everything .
WHAOO !!!
Thats such a great idea!!!!!!!!
WONDER. CONGRATS.
THANKS.
I like this, very useful idea thanks for this Vedio sharing
Love your work. Take my money.
😀Bravo, sehr praktisch...
That stove is very very cool and creative I love it
Nobody wants a cool stove.
bro u basically burning glue, resin and laminate along with that plywood. Please consider not burning that kind of materials at least not if the children are around. I know it's not that big of a deal for raw plywood, but man, that resin and laminate...
Superb and creative stove
Very cool 😎

Loved it...!!!
That is an interesting take on a rocket stove, I like it! Like someone else mentioned, you could probably loose all the holes in the bottom. This would cause the combustion air to be drawn in thru the pipes, and keep the smoke from coming back out thru the pipes like is seen throughout your video… you can experiment with this by dropping some plate down inside to cover the small holes. It would also probably increase the temperature in the combustion chamber for more complete combustion. I also agree that angled pipes would make it a little more inclined to self feed like a traditional rocket.
AND...and.... during a "Zombie Apocalypse" .... the haggard survivors are huddled around the stove, getting warmth in the cold, dark night- and cooking food. When a horde of walking Undead come, each survivor can quickly grab a lit stick - to ignite the zombie's old clothing.
@@galacticmind9060 Bonus!

That's a dumb idea. You'll just have flaming zombies eating your face off.
@@rogermccaslin5963 FIRE destroys brain tissue. Zombie:DEAD.
A neatly finished work of art, this robot would be that cozy accessory on a nightfall at a campsite, where the children and youngsters around it would happily feed it, and in winter it maintains hot water and heats the room. The materialization of an idea!! Added to the criticism of scientists and physicists, you could already improve it and patent it. To have 414,000 subscribers and more than triple the views, it could be that someone already jumped ahead, good job. Just don't use your feet to secure your works, you could hurt yourself.
Well and good effort keep it up good luck
Would be great for the hunting camp!
Love the painted fuel
Algo novo e muito bom👍👍👍👍
Love it
So much work for a 🔥
Excelent..very good ¡¡ 😀
AMAZING
Bon travail barbecue turbo ingestion bravo
Nice bro
Amazingggg 👌👌👌
#1. The angle of the tubes so that the wood slides in by itself
#2. A handy ash collection should be added to the bottom of the bottle.
Brutal !!!
excellent
Very cool design. I wonder if you attached the tubes on a steeper angle upwards, the wood would slide in automatically?
This is sooo overdone. But u know what. That's what makes it so awesome at the same time. I'm in love. Kinda want to break out the old welder and make something similar
Not fit to be used for light cooking the flames are so high if you dont be there the food will get burnt
Yes I thought the steak was overdone too haha

Some people like their steak ruined. 😁
Odlično!
I'm sure your neighbours love you. 😁
TURBO FIRE !
I would add larger ports on top for bigger tinder. Maybe 4x4 squares or 4 inch circles in a triangle mode
Thats a great rocket stove, kind of a reactor for wood. It occurred to me that if the holes were drilled a little oversize, the pipes could all be angled to create a fire vortex. I like that drill chamfering attachment. Where did you get that? Great idea. Do you ever play with hollow log fires? I did a big one with magnesium once, very cool at night.
That drill attachment caught my eye as well! I was like I've never seen one of those before
@@needmorelighteverywayimagi9868 I found some on Amazon, different version, good tool to have for dented bolt threads.

Some of the comments on here are ridiculous. He's not looking for high efficiency or something you don't have to tend to. He wanted a cooking stove and it works pretty darn good.
Angielski
I think you could weld the horizontal pipes in 3 points. This connection does not have to be tight. Maybe I'm picking on;)
Wanting to make one of these what diameter tubing did you use?
Boa ideia. 💡
Nice stove brainy discovery
Probably adding a 30 or 45 degree angle on the pipe that feed the wood? Reduce the number of holes so it doesn’t burn too fast, you could make it with one 6” hole on one side to feed wood and a 4” hold on the other side to control air flow, the whole on the underneath is good 😎
looks sweet. only question I have is, is it necessary to weld each pipe entirely around? would 4 spot-welds have sufficed or would that be too weak? or just a couple inches worth of weld per pipe? thanks for sharing.
Maybe add vent and chimney on the side to tunnel the smoke? But overall very nice indeed!
I want one!
Only thing i would change is the amount of time you had the steak on the heat but the grill is wicked!
that was a lot of work for a steak! :-)
I think handles can get hot with use. You can provide notch to insert handles which can be removed while in use
This is what I've dubbed, #EngineeringBadassery 🤷😍
Furthermore, this is a priceless invention and investment for no propane, especially if you gotta do a crawfish boil.!!!
Respekt from Germany
Does this design make the wood last longer/ burn slower ?
An unexpected idea, returning to the natural habitat.....good
Good
Really like the way you do things, defo agree an improvement would be an angled tube so the sticks would fall inwards but excellent job mate 👍
So unnesesary that I may like it, but the tecnique to build, is amazing
How did you make the shot at 8:27? That was a cool shot.
That fire 🔥 was so intense it burned right through that steak 🥩!
are those holes tilted down? or can it be? in my mind if its tilted burner could be self fed
Wow...
Hi. How did you put the fire on the camera? Did it melt?
Mantaaaap jiwa mempesona

Doors for the tube for times you don't need too much heat !
Is the fuel self feeding? Couldn't tell if the fuel ports are slightly pitched up as I've seen on most rocket stoves.
no, I have to keep pushing the sticks in
