Rights cannot be taxed nor charged fees for their exercise or enjoyment. The NFA, therefore, is unconstitutional. Expounding upon that- restriction of access is unconstitutional, as are things like "government or government accessible registration for the exercise or enjoyment of a right", "permitting or licensing schemes" (see: Lovell v. Griffin, 1938- "One who is prosecuted for disobeying a license ordinance which is void on its face may contest its validity without having sought a permit under it.”), "... constitutional deprivations may not be justified by some remote administrative benefit to the State." (Harman v. Forssenius, 1965), "From the standpoint of the application of the Due Process Clause, it is immaterial that the deprivation may be temporary and nonfinal..." (Fuentes v. Shevin, 1972), and- that if faced with such unconstitutional statutes, "a person ... may ignore it and engage with impunity in the exercise of the right ... ." This then invalidates the GCA and the Hughes Amendment.

I would argue that in addition to your points, a right cannot be denied someone following the completion of a sentence for a conviction of crime. The permanent loss of any rights due to a criminal conviction makes the sentence a defacto life sentence. I would argue that the 13th amendment expressly forbids the extension of punishment beyond the term of a criminal sentence. No other rights are stripped from formerly incarcerated people.

1:42 1) Without the tax, it violates the 2nd amendment. But with the tax, everyone who can afford the tax can keep their 2A, and the poor who were taxed out of their 2A don't count.
    2) Taxing voter ballots is unconstitutional because it taxes the poor out of their 15th amendment right to vote.
The fact that these 2 statements are true makes our entire government including the judicial a crime in progress against us.

I was fortunate (?) to have the opportunity to fire the H&R Handy Gun in the 1960's. It was chambered for the 3" .410 Shotshell. I fired the pistol 2 times. The recoil from the second shot split the skin in the web of my hand, causing a bit of bleeding.

In Germany in late 1890s the Waffenschein ( CCW licence) was introduced for carrying a selfdefence weapon, and sinece 1928 annother licence is necessary for only buying a pistol. Due to Treaty of Versailles, pistols and not so pupular revolvers could by most companies only produced in caliber max. 8mm. So since about 1905 cheap pistols and revolvers ( See Forgotten Weapons Scheintodrevolver) had been produced to fire blanks, flash blanks, pepper blanks and chemical miixes . Those blankguns could be carried without any licence up to 2008. Some of early pistols had similarity to flareguns. No toy, but only usefull to scare a dog or a not so fightloving person. Defending against a realy angry attacker or a person with a stick , knife...not so sure. Those blankpistols had been also used to scare away birds from wineyards, perhaps sometimes still today.

Ametican Gun Craft makes a black powder version of something like the Auto & Burglar double barrel pistol. It's 100% legal to own and carry under federal law and can be purchased without needing to go through an FFL and will ship to your door. It's available in 20 and 12 guage, in three barrel lengths, in blued or plated finishes and with wood or synthetic furniture. Yes, it's a black powder muzzel loader, but it's a shotgun pistol. If you use it, it will be at short range and you wont need more than the two shots it loads with. If you insist on having more shots, buy two guns.
American Gun Craft also sells holsters and magnetic mounting systems for them

With the Shockwave and such guns why couldn't this be reintroduced in 20 ga? I know there is a 410 modern version but why not a larger gauge? Yes, I also understand that 410 is a caliber and the barrel is rifled for 45LC but if the receiver is made in factory for this AOW why not? What am I missing?

@N0sf3r4tuR1s3n Yeah, it was 5.56 but standard ammo would key hole. They came up with a bullet that looked like an old nerf ball with the tail on it. Guess they couldn't mass produce the projectile to make it practical.
