My Dad died very suddenly this year, January 23rd, 2022 from Covid. He was only 60 and had so much life ahead of him. He was my best friend and my hero, we did everything together. Iâm not ready to celebrate a Christmas without him, or my birthday which is on the 23rd of December. This song hurts so much but it is also so beautiful, Iâm trying to be strong but am failing miserably. I just miss him so much đ

with me my music i select very carefully and I'm very particular on my music but the key to my list of 1800 songs is simple melodies and story telling with a mix pop in there but country is where my music is rooted because it is everything to me but songs like this always join that list because again simply melody=equals amazing song=equals real talent and as my list of independent artist continues to grow the more i find real talent is not tied to big record labels these days its small artist like you that make me remember that there is still good music out there you just have to go and find it but this song found me i thought it was gonna be a completely different thing when i saw the title but then when i heard the first lyric you literally broke me because it hit that hard lose is never easy i don't care what anyone says yes it gets easier to handle in the way of you don't always miss them but the holidays are always hard it doesn't matter how long its been because all you wish for is that those you lost could be with you where they should be but they cant its why my music contains so many songs like this because their not sad to me their part of a healing that will always take time and will always hit you no matter if its a small thing or a big milestone you will always wish your parents friends or other significant people in your life could see and even thought they are gone physically in your heart they are still there and in music they will always lead you down the path that you should be on but know always that your parents no matter what whether there gone or still alive know they will always be proud of you and Tiffany again thank you for this amazing heartfelt song i don't know how long it took you to do the video but i can see the pain behind it and i know that pain but know we will always be here for you or at least i will be
