Haven't watched your videos in a minute... I can admit, your video quality improved A LOT! Other than that, beautiful and relaxing video.

One of the best drives in Alberta period. The overall coolest loop you can do is the Queen Elizabeth II from Edmonton to Calgary then west to Banff up to Jasper and then back into Edmonton... It's something our family usually does at least once a year as just a fun trip... Plus it's a good excuse to stop in Cochrane at MacKay's and get Ice Cream...

Welcome to Canada! This is still my favourite part of the TCH throughout the country. I'm glad to see them building another wildlife overpass; the existing ones in Banff are spectacular. I remember the days when the TCH was only a 2 lane highway through Banff when I was a young child. Let me know if you need any drawn signs; I've got tons archived/saved of almost everything I've drawn from Alberta and BC along the way you're going.

Signs would be awesome! I’ve been able to handle Alberta’s signs as they’re similar to ours, but any you have from national parks or from BC would be awesome! I’ve got videos from Crowsnest Pass, Highway 93 in Kootenay NP, TCH in eastern BC, the Coquihalla, Vancouver area, Sea-to-Sky, and probably more planned.

12:50 I'm glad it's decided a new wildlife overpass is constructed. This will help animals cross from one side of land to the other side without any roadkill. I know Canada is building more of that, but in the US, there's not that much wildlife overpasses. In Europe, they have a lot of those.

Great drive, nothing beats the sight of a freeway heading towards the mountains when you're driving! Amazing stuff, makes me want to hit the snow lol (its currently ski season here in Australia)

8:07 I've only ever driven on Hwy 1 here going towards Calgary, and haven't realized just how stunning the view is at the hill and how the Rockies reveal themselves. In addition it's nice seeing the progress on the Stoney Trail interchange, which I plan on flying back to Calgary next year to visit once completed.
Can't wait to see your takes on BC and especially on my home turf in Vancouver!

As you drive more while heading west, the view of the Canadian Rockies are outstanding. As you get close, the sceneries change. The Banff Nat'l Park is one of Canada's most visited national parks ever and two of the most attractive views are Moraine Lake and Lake Louise which are both close to Kicking Horse Pass and the Continental Divide.

Beautiful drive into Banff. The interchange at Stoney Trail has really come along since I last saw it. It'll be a huge improvement to western Canada's highway network once the Calgary Ring Road is fully completed. Nice work on the video.

I’m really disappointed that I wasn’t able to see the new sections of Stoney Trail and the completed project in Kicking Horse Canyon, both of those look like they will be awesome when completed. I drove on the new section of Tsuut'ina Trail and it was a very modern and nice freeway. Alberta really goes all out with the right of way of their highways and interchanges.

    Great video!
Looks like it only took about six cars travelling together to create a momentary bottleneck at bottom of Sarcee Trail and the TCH West merge lane.
Upon completion of the Stoney Trail West section,it should eliminate that problem. It will shift much of the traffic going nortbound to eventually westbound onto the new freeway. A much quicker exit going westbound on to the TCH.
