There’s actually a lot of seats area in Singapore airport, very comfortable to work. Maybe you missed it. There should be a water dispenser after the security check. The reason to makes the security check at the gate are so that everyone got more time to shop and enjoy the facilities that Changi Airport can offer. That’s totally make sense. If you’re flying a normal airline, you won’t need to buy water as you could just get it from the cabin crew, and if you are flying with a budget airlines, they depend you to purchase water and food onboard for profit. So it totally make sense ya?
Yeah I guessed there must have been, we just couldn’t find any and we walked about a lot so it’s very well hidden 😂. It makes sense yes but it isn’t a good thing in my opinion! Much better to have the option to take your own items on the plane! Thanks for watching 😃

Did you get declined because of the type of Visa card? Or All Visa cards?
Is there a power socket for a laptop or USB for phone charging?
Thanks for sharing! No issues with there being no TV/screen on board but any adapters or USB charger slots available on board?
Yes there was on this plane however the 3 in our row were not working. Not sure if that was plane wide or just our row.
@@aimeeandleetravel Nothing was wrong with the USB charging slots, it's just that you have to pay to activate them, hope this helped!

You wont catch me on any Boeing Dreamliner or MAX regardless of which airline are operating them, after the Chief Safety Engineer of Boeing for 30yrs(now retired) said that those aircraft are not safe because of shortcuts in manufacture which can lead to catastrophic failure & recommend people NOT to fly in those aircraft!...yes many airlines still use those planes, does that make them safe? personally i would trust the Chief Safety Engineer whose calls to fix the problems went unheeded!
scoot i think got mix reviews ah, sometimes i see always flight delay. i never taken before
Terminal 1 is such a mess, head over to Terminal 3 and you will appreciate the large open floor space with multitudes of working spaces and shops that sell food & beverage !
Finally someone appreciating t3 everybody puts their attention on jewel
wht about main luggage is that included in the fare or have to pay extra for it in scoot airlines ?
Extra charges for everything with basic fares.

I had the same problem with purchasing on Scoot. Turned out they would only accept a credit card not a Visa/Mastercard debit card.
Seems to be a big issue for them. Not ideal when you are counting on getting something to eat onboard!

Another issue with Scoot is that there is no flight connection. You need to wait to collect your luggage from the previous flight and recheck in again in the next flight. Make sure you have at least 3-4 hours layover plus your visa to Singapore. If your are not fast enough you may miss the next flight. This is a hidden feature when flying with Scoot. After considerations, i gave up and booked regular flights. Its is not too expensive at all. Also Scoot charged every little things onboard and with minimum services. This is the same principle used by Air Asia and Vietjetair.
Yeah I agree, If we were taking a connecting flight we would choose a legacy carrier instead of LC. It was good and worth it for what we needed tho!

Everyone is particularly bashing Scoot. You probably have an extremely high standard. You can't approach full service and LCC with the same standards. Fly Scoot and compare against Spirit. Then you might not complain so much. Or against Jetblue... Jetblue is at least a higher quality LCC. What you're willing to fork out, that's exactly what you get.
I’m not sure if you watched this video in full but we didn’t really have a bad thing to say about scoot. It was a good LCC and most things were all good. Not sure how we can ‘not complain so much’

Amax in spore has already gone down hill for the last 20 year ++ visa/master is the play safe way..
Yeah I never use the Amex anymore. But unfortunately they wouldn’t take the visa I had because it was Revolut 🙄

Yes they weigh your check in luggage. Your carry on they do not.
Did they have your meal choices?
Unsure because we couldn’t make the payment 🙄
It makes perfect sense to not sell you bottle water after security so you spend your money inflight.
Only if you want companies to have a monopoly over what you buy. Choice and options are best for the customer, you don’t get that with this system.
@@aimeeandleetravel Choices and options are for those flying Singapore Airlines, not Scoot. If you want the Scoot ticket continue to be cheap, let them make the consumers pay for water inflight. You can’t get everything in one package.

Do NOT fly Scoot if you value yourself. This airline lost my trench coat, which was in the checked-in luggage, and refused to compensate for the loss. What is even worse is that Scoot keeps wasting your time by repeating the same BS again and again.
Not so great! I guess issues can happen on any airlines and its the way they handle them that makes the difference! Thankfully we didnt have any issues
It didn't cost your life nor limbs which is not replaceable.
