Here are our Oasis Favorite places on Royal Caribbean’s ship the Oasis of the Seas!

We were recently on board Royal Caribbean’s ship the Oasis of the Seas. This is our second time on board this ship and our 10th cruise with Royal Caribbean. We have only been on one other cruise line and that was one time on the Carnival Glory back in 2012. Let’s just say we are loyal to Royal and have only sailed with them since. Being that we have cruised on 7 different Royal ships (including the Mariner, Voyager, Freedom, Liberty, Independence, Oasis, and Harmony of the Seas) I will try and give you our take on why we loved Oasis of the Seas this time and our favorite things to do on board.
Our last time on board the Oasis of the Seas was back in 2017, it has gotten some major upgrades since then! There is a new kids splash area on the pool deck, a taco place, Port Side BBQ, Playmakers, and so so much more!
We cannot say enough amazing things about Port Side BBQ, they had pulled pork, ribs, brisket, chicken, smoked turkey, and burnt ends. Our favorite things to order were the burnt ends and the ribs!! What a major improvement for the ship!!! A definite must go!
Playmakers was also a great spot. It is where Sabor used to be on deck 6. I feel like this was also a great improvement for that spot with their food options (*an additional charge unless you have the ultimate dining package) and bar area for people to visit on their way to the Aqua Show! Right across the boardwalk from Playmakers is Johnny Rockets which is a great place to stop for a freshly made breakfast and it is included in your cruise! Best part is you get to sit outdoors in the fresh air.
Never forget to check out the Schooner Bar when you are onboard one of Royal Caribbean’s ships, it is always one of our favorite hangout spots to relax after a long day of relaxing! It has a fun atmosphere and usually a lively crowd that keeps the party going!
Things that we enjoyed but did not show on this video are relaxing poolside at the beach pool, going to the comedy show, the silent disco and so SO much more!

Food is NOT available 24/7 on Royal Promenade. We’ve been on Royal 3 times… all food is closed at 2am

Interesting, I guess I have never been awake late enough to notice that. We're usually in bed way before then. I was just going by what is advertised on their app. Thanks for the info!
