About David Wilkerson
David Wilkerson was the Founding Pastor of Times Square Church in New York City. He was called to New York in 1958 to minister to gang members and drug addicts, as told in the best-selling book, The Cross and the Switchblade.
In 1987, David Wilkerson returned to "the crossroads of the world" to establish Times Square Church. As a pastor of the church, he faithfully led this congregation, delivering powerful biblical messages that encourage righteous living and complete reliance on God.
David Wilkerson had a strong burden to encourage and strengthen pastors throughout the world. From 1999 to 2008, he traveled around the globe holding conferences for Christian ministers.

I quit at age 31 from smoking as a young teen... then I started again at age 52 on flavored vapes . I became addicted and asked God to have me get sick every time I smoked, and I ended up getting nausea and stopped smoking. I'm 63 years old and can't stand the smell of cigarettes. Yuck

Please pray that God take the demon voices out of my head and continued to work miracles in my life as he had in March he sent me free from heroin, crystal meth, and Xanax and cigarettes. I fasted for three weeks after that, and I heard the audible voice of God say my name he woke me up while I was sound asleep and took me from a sleeping position in my bed and moved me on the floor to my knees and my spirit within me said that’s my father. That’s my best friend, it was a peer definition of Romans 816 and since God has blessed me with forecast day of my daughter, a house, a job and a car all in a couple of months❤ God is able God is real. Jesus is my King.

What or who is choking God out of your life..? What has come in to distract? What sin may have been committed and caused you to draw away from God? He says in the book of revelations remember from where you have fallen, repent, and do the first works

We Americans even the deepest in belief measure by prosperity gospel seedlings. I don’t want a dollar that can be spent and deprecated and depleted, I want what can be resurrected and renewed daily. The spirit of the living word. Dare we ever swear by the gold in the temple, much more rather than the throne which is in heaven.

Of course not. Broke those a long time ago. Coveting relief from stress, hard to overcome stress.
Kind of stuck
My only questions, is when they say forsake not the assembly together; is the motivation to get more tithes and offerings. I have have seen that as poisoning reason. They should want to serve first and last, and circumvent the responsibilities of people taking care of their own needs. I mean necessities. Most these ministers found ways of prospering through their ministry, and that's why Sunday nights are dead. Besides who wants to get beat up on both morning and night. All they care about is people coming down front for nit being perfect, snd getting money through lights and music. They are light shows with propagandist methods. And when does the minister answer his own alter call. Never! See we are laity there the professional class.
And this situation started with the catholic church very early. Another reason the priesthood of the believers took hold during the reformation. The clergy was wealthy, and the peasant poor from paying also indulgences. Sometimes to the point of joining the crusades at a certain point. Reminds me.of a lot of what go es on now, with different methods. I got to go on face book with this. I want these ministries took take a good look at themselves. They look tend to look at everyone but themselves. How is rtjis serving Christ. I look at mine as tge Holy Spirit is gracious to show me. But doesn't beat up on, cajole, if you do this, I'll do that in a surpetitious way.
When Copeland and Hinn and others say, give and you get; that's indulgences. Catholicism in protestantism is present. Yet there are good things in both, doctrinally, not completely. That's a fact in church history..and in Eastern Orthodox. But it's hard to have a body of Christ where people lord it over each other, wether at home Bible and prayer studies or at a church with walls. Churches hide from each other in the same town. Think about it. Then ask yourself how? How do Churches hide from each other? The same way a person does. Don't want people nosing around. Just like a local gang. And dope dealers. Just like a lot of things peole do. Class separation, ethnic and color of skin divisions, neighborhood divisions. Some is necessary, but not In soul, only in individual priorities, that families should always have. We don't going around always showing our nakedness, for instance. Each family it's own table and home. That's goo.
Just ask God for forgiveness... accept Jesus as your Lord and saviour and you will be saved 🙏✝️

To those of you who justify sin, and believe because grace abounds that you can just continue in sin ("God knows my heart"); Paul explains in Galatians 5:19-21, how that foolish belief, is gonna cause many believers to miss the rapture: "Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outburst of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God".
God is warning the church and sadly, most aren't listening!

1My brethren, have not the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory, with respect of persons.
The sin of indifference that right there has respect of persons written all over it truth be told that kind of thing seeing God declares in His word He has no respect of persons at all not when He declares He want's everyone brought to repentance according to the testimony in 2 Peter 3:9.
I wish with all of my heart the churches where I live would even have a Sunday evening service. There is a phenomena that seems to hit all of them during summer too - they suspend all of their programs until the fall. My only question is why? I don't have a summer estate I can escape too and still hunger for fellowship and God's Word. Every church in my area has suspended all summer Bible studies etc., until fall? Why? Is there something special about summer where Christians don't require steady fellowship? Sunday morning is the only thing they ALL offer all summer long, I hunger for fellowship and to attend a Bible believing Church, but sadly, our area greatly lacks. One church supposed we were aqua men and women during the garden of Eve and that God is feminine. On and on it goes. I am aghast. Please pray God will help me find a church in my area.
Start a home church. Or prayer meeting fellowship. The summer expect families do more things together as well. But otherwise, I agree there should be a place to go in my estimation every day or any hour. The catholics had their prayer chapel. That was open a the time. Small but comfortable. I like those. I am not catholic by denomination. Of by peculiar doctrines.historically established.
This was a much needed message. When I first came to Christ, I was on fire and passionate. As the years progressed, I made compromises returning to old sin. Now, when I read the word all I see is how guilty/doomed I am. When I pray, I feel so selfish because it's always about me trying to get back to who I was. I acknowledge God is the only way for salvation, yet I fear I've squandered the gift.
No you haven’t squandered the gift. He is ready to receive you back with open arms
His grace is sufficient for you .. stand on the truth of His word and not those lies from the enemy trying to keep you in condemnation.. repent turn away and also forgive yourself .. He WANTS you to come to Him

I'm really wondering if people can help indifference. I'm not a Calvinist but it makes me wonder, since Calvinism believes everything is preordained (even who is going to HELL) . It is so fatalistic. When I learned of Calvinism, it just brought up so many questions and was quite upsetting. Has not helped me. Whole other subject, I know. It shook my faith. I don't know if I'll ever be able to have the faith David Wilkerson preaches about, if I dare say it here.
I’m into Arminianism. And I’m anti Calvinism.
The word speaks NOT David. We all can stereotype and collectivize into separate groups in order to have order. But what if the calling unto you. I do as directed and sift ALL spirits even David. Do not fall into the temptation of serving other Gods. Don’t mistake Davao as the only resonating voice for the whisper in spirit certainly speaks bolder. Just listen, God calls and speaks to those whom HE chooses. Not David. Christ spoke in amphitheaters, yet he told those hearing “Hearing” to serve in secret and pray on secret. Don’t mistake the groupings of man, even by large venues. Seek that closet and personal quiet time. Then you’ll hear what you are called to hear. Only then. We Americans are a culture of obtainment. When it is poised just beyond reach we pine and will trade all until we have obtained. The word must possess you, you and even David Wilkerson will not possess the spirit of the word. Christ spoke by parable, to the ears that listened. The scribe memorized the Pharisees promoted, while Christ even stated that this book this word being read as if by manual steps they read and could be healed and saved. Thus this book is a reveal and not a step by step manual how to.! Strip all from your life, locate a secret timeframe and closet and listen. You’ll get exactly what you’re supposed to receive by The Holy Spirit teacher. I pray for you when the afflictions come, painful validations that could never match the exceeding weight of glory but at the same time only the righteous have many afflictions. Please remember that afflictions are best against our flesh just as temptations can only lure this same flesh. Why do you think it’s called a walk in the spirit?

Satan goes to church also. He tries to destroy the body of Christ. A small amount of yeast will ruin an entire batch of dough. Churches that support sin do not follow or teach the word of God. They tell people what their itching ears want to hear and therefore sin infiltrates the Body of Christ.
I'm so tired of hearing about sin. A lot of people think God doesn't care about them. Sadly, they're correct. God is quick to strike dead or at no extra charge hand you a serious punishment.
Hmmmm. Wonder why He went so far out of character as to send His own Son to take your place and to lay your sins on Him. A lot of trouble if all he had to do was just go ahead and smack you which you actually deserve. But Jesus didn't t. Kind of out of character if God is punitive and punishing
