Glad you used zach lavine for this video, his one foot bounce is uncanny
There’s sooo much more bouncier people high jumpers are the best choice but a lot of his audience is basketball players so he has to show a bouncy single leg guy
@@Messup7654none of what you just said is even remotely related to my comment.
@@MilesMorales288 yeah it is dude
@@Messup7654 why point out the obvious though? you basically just said, grass is green, my point; you really didnt have to comment that
Search Kadour Ziani he was the highest one foot jumper in the world
Love this video. Keep up the good work.

What I should after justpsrint
Hi I was wondering if I could get some exercises to jump higher for 2 leg bounce. I am a good one foot jumper and a slightly worse 2 foot jumper but I want to get better at 2 foot jumps because it has a lot more potential as how high you can jump and your maximum vertical. So I was just wondering how and what exercises specifically help my 2 foot jump improve more, like how all the really high jumpers with the highest possible vertical do.
Do penultimate jumps that’s the single best most specific exercise other than that you strength train and power train
Just practice technique and two foot max intent jumps, your one foot training will carry over
💯✌️✌️✌️💯🙏🙏
What are the best bang for your buck, nonnegotiable, plyometrics that I can do in a small apartment (I also have access to a hill and a street)
I do soccer/basketball/combat sports, looking for things that’ll help boost everything overall
IE looking to increase explosiveness, endurance, speed, vert, elasticity
Anybody else hear the knee crack 🤣
