Michael was the king of toxicity. Him fake firing Pam to impress Ryan his as his cruelest, followed by him breaking up with Pam’s mom on her birthday because he never did the math on her age❤️
Don't forget about his Willy Wonka idea. Sent five 10% off coupons to one customer (BIG customer) and when he got in trouble for it, he had Dwight take the blame. And then when it turned out for the good, he got upset that Dwight took credit for the idea. Michael is a legit bad person. Racist, sexist, homophobic. And the worst part of it is, *he doesn't even know that he's doing it.* And when he does get called out for it, he goes "Oh well. You know what? This isn't about me anymore." Even KELLY calls him out at the Halloween party and says "Can we just have one party instead of making it about all your issues?" Michael Scott is a bad person.

Man Pam could’ve said a lot worse than “you’re a jerk” when she thought Michael actually fired her and found out it was a joke after she was crying..
Jenna Fischer later said that they did about 30 takes of this particular scene and in some scenes, she said instead “Your a sad little man” or something like that. The creators thought it was too much.

Most of the time, I felt Dwight's literally one of the kindest person in the office after all of Michael's insensitive antics and Angela's revenge plot.

I’m not at all surprised that he’s successfully made the transition to dramatic roles, because even while being funny as hell, there were a lot of moments in this show where he does some great acting with his facial expressions and body language.

Also can we talk about how Dwight Jr was supposed to be a seemingly normal character or even an audience surrogate and then fairly quickly into his run ends up trying to trick Erin into being alone with him in his apartment and wants to secretly film her undressing and comes up with a whole fake newscast scheme to get her to do it and brags about it to Plop? And then Plop does the right thing by convincing Andy, her boyfriend at the time to go with her and ruins Dwight Jr’s plans, but also really toes the line as our “hero” by not exposing him as a max-level creep/office predator because they’re both new and he’s like his only equal and they’re kind of in it together learning the ropes adjusting to this insane work environment?
that entire season with Erin genuinely disgusted me. There's a lot of humor in the show that toes the line, and that can be funny in the right context. Michael is often punished for the things he says that absolutely cross the line. But this was just straight-up sexual harassment and abuse for laughs. genuinely awful.

My friend and I ranked all the office characters together (in their merits as humans, not as characters) and Gabe was almost at the very bottom. I'm glad Erin got a happy ending after having to put up with all that from Gabe, Dwight Jr, and Andy (3.0).

6:10 You can tell in this moment that Jim really doesn't like the way Roy talks about Pam. It's like in 'Casino Night' when he says, 'Don't spend too much' before he leaves. Man, I really always hated him.
And say what you want about Andy and Dwight being psycho in their own way, but Andy was SUPER forgiving about Angela having a full-on affair with Dwight. And Dwight felt bad for him, he didn't want to 'duel' him at all...other than just having a duel for the sake of having one. 🤣 But seriously, Andy has anger issues and doesn't kill Dwight or Angela for cheating, but Jim kisses Pam and Roy threatens both of them at some point? I didn't watch the last two seasons of the show, but in the earlier ones, the writers actually made Andy and Dwight better people after that duel.
Does anyone else think that besides the "bah bah bah" bit, Roy was really mature and nice about that interaction with Jim about his crush on Pam?..
one of the most toxic things about the ppl in the show were the constant sexual harassment that was happening. even towards Ryan and Jim. all the sexual remarks towards Pam. all in her face saying they would bang her. like a stuff we know would not slide in an office
