  • From where you are, let your eyes, your ears, your touch notice what is already here that feels okay, pleasurable, good, depending on how you are today, and what is enough for you.
    And as your eyes settle on something or your ears or your touch, notice what feels good in your body.
    And then let another sense wander, could be touch, could be what you hear, what you see and notice something that feels pleasurable, okay, good in your body.
    And now move towards the third sense, what you hear, your touch notice what feels pleasurable good in your body.
    And then, how is it now? how are your eyes? your ears? your touch?
    what feels still in you now? how was your breath? how are the colours? the textures? the shapes?
