    This restorative sequence is perfect for your luteal phase, PMS, cramps, and any other aches and pains that come with your monthly menstrual cycle.
    This yoga routine is suitable for all levels of practice. We use blocks, cushions and a rolled up blanket to support us throughout the class, so be sure to have them nearby at the start.
