After my morning routine, having breakfast and setting the studio up, I’m usually ready to start filming at around 11am, and then finish at around 4pm, yea it’s not *technically* a full day, but doing yoga for 5 hours certainly feels like it 😅

Parfait après une séance de jardinage à l'aube ! C'est mon "workout" personnel... Après avoir porté quelques arrosoirs, cet enchaînement permet de détendre tous les muscles, surtout ceux du dos. Thank you, Jess ! After holding watering cans at dawn (it's still very hot in France), your nice video helps to rest and stretch efficiently : so that the day can be as hot and hard as it will be, I'll be fine !

Some things to note: place your hands by your rib cage so when you press up your hands will sit directly under your shoulders. Press out of your shoulders and draw your shoulder blades together to open your chest. If it’s a bit pinchy on your lower back take your feet wider, this will make more space for you to lift comfortably 🐍

Thank you, Jess, for this strong and both relaxing flow ! As I have a bad cold with fever, I couldn't stay in half moon, but however, now I feel much better : no more headache ! Même quand on est un peu malade, il faut faire du yoga avec Jess ! On se snt beaucoup mieux après, et ce n'est pas grave si on ne fait pas les postures les plus athlétiques... J'ai remplacé "halfmoon" par des "rag doll" à chaque fois ! 🙂

Hi Coach Jess ma'am! Is this also for men? I am man and try this along with my mother-in-law but it is really brutal :( I can't even do 1 as my arms completely collapse. My MIL does lots and lots of chaturanga powerfully non-stop everyday! Her biceps are so thick and bulged like yours and she have great strength! I feel very low and defeated :(
